I was not happy with my service today me and my friends went in and when my friend tried to ask for microsoft currency an employee named Darius treated him poorly and rudely because our friend has a speech impediment and can't talk well I was not happy and I will not be going back

The employees here are so great, helpful and usually in fun cheerful moods! They all seem like gamers who know what they're talking about if you have any questions. Also, if they don't have what you need they can check other game stops near by to see if they have it, or let you know when they may get some back in stock. :3

The workers are nice, but I was looking for the series x today. They had the series X but it was in a $710 bundle that I was not willing to pay. I wanted just the console but they wouldn't sell. They said it was to avoid scalpers. Earlier I called to see if they have it and they said they did. Only when I got there and was about to trade in everything they told me it was in a bundle that is overpriced in my oppinion. That is something that should be said on the phone call when I called.

Even on Black Friday we were greeted as we walked in and had what we were looking for within the first minute we were there. Excellent customer service, plenty of games, accessories and merch to browse such as tshirts, Funkos, collectibles, candy, plush, gift cards, and much more. Kudos to the staff for being so refreshingly friendly and helpful on the busiest shopping day of the year.

Miserable service. They never answer the phone because theyre “busy” but I walk in and no one’s in there and the phones just ringing. Never gonna shop here again. They always try to scheme you into the membership but saying you can only buy certain things if you’re a member. Thanks but I’ll just go to the exchange where it’s cheaper prices and better service

Ron that works there is fantastic! Very knowledgeable. The place is clean and has some neat stuff. Not as big as some of the other gamestops, but definitely a good one to go to.

With Best Buy being such a juggernaut GameStop had for the most part fallen out of my graces but recently I find myself going there more and more for my game needs. It's come to the point I've even become a Power Up Rewards Pro member again. One thing that I feel they need to do that everyone else does but they dont is price matching. I can honestly say I only buy video game stuff from Best Buy or GameStop and 100% of the time I am going with the cheaper price and it is usually seems that the 2 places alternate weeks for certain games to be on sale and if gamestop would match prices of its competitors (i.e. Best Buy, Walmart and Amazon at the least) they would probably see a bit more of my business.
