I had a great customer experience with Anthony he was very helpful showed me all the phones until I made us a choice and I was very pleased I also purchased all the accessories for the phone my wife was very happy with her phone it was a surprise she was very pleased I’m glad I went to this AT&T store.

The reps tried to convince me that adding a line was required to get trade in discounts on my account, and changed my wireless plan away from my 30gb plan without authorization after I left the store. They changed it to the most expensive option available. I did not know about the change until I went to bestbuy, where bestbuy informed me of the plan change. I intended to change the plan, but to the unlimited starter and intended to do it with phone purchases. Bestbuy ended up changing the plan to the correct one and got the upgrade/accessory business for two of the lines. The corporate att store nearby also made no mention of needing to add lines to get the trade in promotion.

Ryan (the manager) was extremely helpful through the process of me getting a new phone and setting it up as well. He was very transparent about any types of fees that I would be facing in the future. Also, he made me aware that Veteran’s can receive an awesome deal for their service to their country with AT&T. Ryan did an amazing job with helping his customers.

We were very satisfied with our visit into the Niles mall store yesterday. We got waited on as soon as we walked in and our sales rep was very helpful and answered all of our questions. He helped us with adding 2 new lines to our plan for our children.
