My son bought a nice suit for prom here. The associate was very helpful with getting the suit tailored and had it ready in short notice. Additionally, it's a nice store with a big selection for men and women.

Would not recommend! The owner of this store is rude. He likes to body shame young girls and tell them "you ain't getting in that" and how they need to loose weight to fit inside of the poorly made, overpriced dresses. Don't shop here!

Great service! Was trying on suit pieces, and the owner took over and helped finalize my decisions. My pants were hemmed on the spot and my shirt was pressed, too. Great service and an enjoyable personality. A bit pricey, but great quality comes at a cost.

Stopped in to see what they had to offer for prom. Robert took us under his wing and gave us full service customer service! Even hemmed our pants while we waited. Definitely recommend. Worth every penny.

I bought a Hat 🎩 on this place ! Yes! I kinda like it! But! It cost $115 dollars! Then with in an hour i change my mine feels like to much money for just a hat! So i bring the hat back to exchange some little bit cheaper But! He told me i can’t get my money back or they have to be store credited! He said all sale is final! I said is not on sale they don’t have a sale sign! Wow 😲 for just an hour? Well i kinda like don’t have a choice! Then i check on Google how Much really cost that ! Wow 😲 it’s worth only $57 dollars he double the price! Soo it’s up to you people if you wanna deal in this stores!

Horrible! I don't care if they're giving away dresses for free, there is no excuse for the way they spoke to my friends daughter about her body!! No teenager should ever have to deal with a stranger whose job (and business) is to make you feel good in a dress, to think he has a place in telling her she needs to work out more!! 🤯 Shame on you and anyone you're training to ever think that this is the way to do business!! Do Better!!

I came here looking for a prom dress , when I came in I was looking alone for a while and came and asked for a little bit of help. When I picked up a dress he asked what size I wore and I told him I’m not sure but I wear medium or large in regular clothes. Then I picked up a slip dress and he told me “you’re not fitting in that” and eventually gave me an XL (which I thought dresses were number sizes) to try on. When I came out of the dressing room I was just going to leave because the dress was way too big in the mid section and way to small in my butt area. He told me I would either need to size up or “lose a few” before prom. He also said this IN FRONT OF ANOTHER CUSTOMER! And said I should go to the gym etc which I replied with I go to the gym every night. Then the older lady(customer) told me to cut all sugar, fats and carbs out of my diet. Maybe they were trying to help but I’m a 5’2, 165 lbs, 18yr old girl. And no girl should ever feel the way I felt leaving there. As a teenage girl you have stripped me of the Confidence I had left. I also work in retail and I would NEVER say that to anyone. Thank you.

I’ll Never give this place any business again..horrible customer service the owner told my cousin who is in high school trying to find a prom dress “You might want to drop a few before prom, but I want your business so keep us in mind” it’s pathetic how these “grown men” see these young ladies he should forever be ashamed to call himself running a business speaking to anyone like that. Just Miserable people trying to spread misery themselves.

Went to Essentials II to purchase a tie for my son for Home Coming. A gentleman took the time to help us pick out the perfect color to go with my son's date's dress. Best customer service I had in a long time!!
