I’ve been to a lot of Costco tire centers all over the US. And I’m used to being treated rudely or unfairly which seems to come with being a small Asian woman at any car related shops. But this place was the most wonderful experience I’ve had. Everyone was very friendly and very communicative and upfront. They were also quick and on point. Best tire shop I’ve ever been to. Highly recommended.

Out of all the Costco's in Columbus, this location for tire management/maintenance is hands down the best one. Live on the East side of town but will take my Tesla here due to the excellent service. Today, I had issues with another Costco tire store but this location (Ted and Jeremiah) took care of me over the phone and were able to get me the corrected tires.

Straight forward, in and out within the hour they quote. My new tires were losing air quickly the first couple weeks. I called them up they said bring it in. Serviced the bead leak in both tires and it went toward the warranty. Awesome service. Lonnie was a great sales man, honest.

This place could really benefit from some automation. I arrived at 11:43am for a 12pm tire change appt, and stood in line for 15 minutes while the 1 cashier helped 2 people in front of me. When I came back for key pickup, it was a similar ordeal. So 20-30 minutes wasted when clearly it could have been done in 2 minutes with proper automation in place.

Excellent service. Much quicker than expected. Didn't try to sell me the most expensive tires because I didn't need them. In particular, Donovan was great to work with.
