Made appointment, came price went little bit up, ok, agreed on it, after 30 minutes got text to call back, appears to be there is 3inch left from old film and they want to removed for me for $50 … did my self in no more than in 5 minutes. Overpriced, not costumer oriented . I had panther car lined up to bring and I told them about in advance. Lost reputation and client, $ . Glad that there is still people around whom knows what “service” actually means

Jon and the team at Tint Works took great care of me from the minute I inquired to picking up my car when it was finished. I had them install a remote starter on my Volkswagen Jetta and it works just like OEM. Their showroom is very clean and well organized and that tells you everything you need to know as soon as you walk in. Highly recommend giving them the opportunity to customize your ride.

Had a mixed experience with getting my windows tinted. Happy with the product and installation. Not happy with the fact that it took 8 hours to tint two windows. What's the point of having my car there at 930am for an "appointment" if you weren't going to start the job until 3pm? Time is valuable, treat it that way!

I am their customer since 2014, all my cars (total of seven) have been tinted by this company. The way I was treated yesterday was very bad, the price I paid was twice the previous price and I was told you are wrong! This was the last time I did business with them. I do not recommend it at all. Do not trust their words at all!

I am not happy with my experience. I was told I was scheduled a appointment at 9am. Therefore I came in at 9 and they told me it would be done in a couple of hours. 2 almost 3 hours later my car was still sitting in the parking lot and not brought back. I made sure to let them know I was not from town so I looked to find a seat to sit and there is no where to wait. So I had to keep ubering around for that whole time. Im so disappointed i wasted all that money for them to change the time up saying it will not be done until at least 5:45 which is closing time. When on the phone and when I dropped it off I was told 3-4 hours. which is outrageous. If I wanted to wait that long I would’ve just did a walk in.

Recently purchased a new vehicle and my usual tint place was backed up for about 3 weeks. Did some research and found this company with pretty good reviews. Called on a Tuesday and spoke with Brandon. Brandon took the time to review the options and associated costs with me, their website is very informative which i had reviewed prior to calling. Made an appointment for Friday, called on Wednesday and changed it to Thursday. Dropped the car off on Wednesday and met with Brandon who showed us the heat lamp with the various tints, was pretty neat. They called me Thursday afternoon and went to pick it up. Car looks very sharp and I am happy with the tint. In my opinion the customer service was great, didn’t skip a beat. Everyone in the office was kind and eager to help. Great shop, friendly staff! I had my front windows tinted to match the rears as well as a ceramic heat block tint on my panoramic sunroof. Both times I came in for a quote and had the work performed the same day. Very happy with the results, definitely would recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work at an affordable price.

Tint Doctor's provided excellent workmanship, and customer care. Ryan was very personable and very professional great guy to talk with. I got my windows tinted all the way around including the windshield. A couple days later, a deer jump through my windshield, and no joke Tint Doctors repaired it in less than 40 minutes the next day. Awesome just extremely awesome. I very highly recommend☝🏽
