I keep having an issue with Emily. Yesterday was the final straw. My child takes insulin. So now after over a year of my child's being on automatic refill all of a sudden the long acting one isn't! I was told by Emily that I took it off which was a blatant lie! My child takes two different kinds of insulin so mysteriously the other is still on automatic refill! I've had to call corporate on Emily before for medication issues so I assume she now has an attitude. So before she causes my family to have a medical emergency with my child I felt it was best to move all of my family's medication's immediately. I believe Emily's purpose was so I would not come back because she said that to me as well. Emily is not only unprofessional, but disrespectful as well!

Extremely poor customer customer. Long time customer of this location’s pharmcy. Recently noticed they refilled a prescription with two different mg Asst.Store Manager was little to no help. Unable to get a Manger from the Pharmacy to call me as I requested instead a new Pharmacist called was no help. Asked for the District Manager’s number they provided me with the number to a custom home builder. The “mistake” the pharmacy made is at best a potentially dangerous one at worse an intentional illegal one. With their handling of the situation upon notification it makes me believe they need to be audited. They aren’t handling this in a straightforward manner. **Ive already dealt with short counts from this location **

The pharmacy tech was outright cold to me, borderline rude, and then the next customer in line was greeted with friendliness and warmth. So figure that one out. It shouldn't be difficult.

This is yet another Kroghetto. Its ok, but don't try to shop at night. The parking lot is full of litter and humans. They yelled at me for coming in the door and walking through an open checkout lane rather than walking all the way down and through the self checkout. Which forces you to start shopping in the frozen section rather than produce. Man, I'm just here to buy food. You don't need to tell me how I need to enter the store when you close the other entrance. I was kind of impressed by the cake decorating over in the bakery. And the selection there is better than other crappy locations of Kroger. I just am annoyed when I try to come in for a chill quick shopping trip and get yelled at by the employees. To add to it, there was no one watching the self checkout except a cop? Like, no actual Kroger employee. An officer. Wow.

Bad customer service. It took approximately 40 minutes to fill a prescription and get it verified and whatever else the lady said. I'm still here waiting for them to figure out stuff. 4 or 5 people went and got their prescriptions completed before mines. SMH.

Pharmacy workers are horrible. They see you waiting and continue doing what they are doing. Customers come first. Guarantee none of them have experience nor a degree! 🖕

Very upset with this place abd I will never go back again. I never had a problem filling a prescription before. today I went to the pharmacy and filled my prescription, about an hour after I got home I happen to count my pills I received I was supposed to have 30 but I only had 25 from the bottle. I called them thinking that they must have miscounted and they would give me my five pills that they made a mistake on. well I guess supposedly they counted everything and everything was correct in their system so they cannot give me my 5 pills which I pay for my prescription out of my pocket. so because of their mistake I am now short five pills for my medication now I'm screwed and I won't even last me a month for my next doctor's appointment. I am very very upset with this Kroger pharmacy! if they can have their inventory and everything matches up and I counted my pills and I only have 25 pills when I was perscribed 30 somebody obviously the drop them on the floor or is stealing! before you leave the pharmacy and you do fill there, please count your pills before you leave!
