Visited store early evening on February 21 and very pleased. I switched from a Galaxy to an IPhone 13 and both gentlemen very helpful. I didn’t lose any of my pictures which was extremely important to me. These employees go above and beyond for the customers.

Went in to upgrade my phone and asked what the cost was, how low it was should have been a red flag, but nonetheless, the employee that upgraded my phone didn't mention to me at all that I was being put on a 24 month payment installment plan, or ask me for a down payment on the phone, or that I was about be paying full price for it. Even though I am now looking back at my receipt and seeing this after my bill came in, I must say that the T-Mobile staff should notify customers of all charges or at the very least ASK THE CUSTOMER WHAT FINANCE PLAN THEY WANT TO GO WITH BEFORE RINGING THEM OUT AND SENDING THEM ON THEIR WAY! Ridiculous.

First let me start off by saying I absolutely HATE going to phone stores. I've had to visit the Willoughby t mobile store twice in two weeks and both times it was actually quite the opposite of what I'm used to. Today I had to get a new phone and Christopher was awesome. Probably will be the only phone store I ever go to from now on. Both times I went they were helpful,explained everything so there was no surprises, and I was able to get in and out in no time at all.

I shouldn't have to contact support to fix issues post visit. My bill was larger than expected after visiting, with an extra 30 dollars tacked on for hotspot services on multiple lines, which was seen in my account history as having being activated by a store rep, I did not ask for this addon. The store reps were nice and helpful, but also overloaded.

They were fantastic. Super friendly an polite the entire time. Even though we could not get he resolution we wanted ( not the fault of the people in the store at) they were professional the entire time. Thank you guys!

Went here to switch from virgin to t-mobile and the guys who helped set up my phone and new number were incredibly nice and friendly. If you live in the area and need to find a good t-mobile store to go to, I would recommend you go to this one.
