The blonde old lady working in downtown Wooster AutoZone gave us the nastiest attitude for bringing in an online order to return and made sure to make a comment about "hating online order." She didn't even greet us at all, was talking to us like we did something wrong when I was just trying to return an item that I ended up not using. The guy working with her was just laughing, even though he can see that she was being rude to us. Overall, a horrible customer service.

The only problem I have with Auto Zone is that most "deals" are online. This store is always clean and organized, and the employees are always ready to help out. If they don't have your part in stock, they can generally get it from another one of their stores by the next day, or offer the choice of picking it up at another nearby store.

The staff was helpful. They tried to install a battery in my car that was clearly wrong even though we both verified it was listed as a choice. We had to remove the first battery, credit it, and install the correct battery. That was not his fault, but rather the fault of your listing it as a possibility for my car that it clearly would not fit. Primarily, we almost walked out as we saw two guys behind the counter unmasked. When he initially called us up, I had to request that he pull his mask up, which he did, just under his nose. So, we almost walked out, but he said the mask would not fit under his chin and over his nose, he was behind plexiglass, so we relented uncomfortably. They should have masks that fit and they should wear them over the nose and mouth as recommended. All in all, we like your store and do some business there for our vehicle needs. I would rate it much higher if your manuals were accurate and your personnel were CDC compliant. I will add that many older folks who have time to work on their cars and not so much money that they can afford to have a mechanic do everything for them, frequent your store. They are all masked and verbalized the same concerns. We are more vulnerable to what they don’t take seriously.
