Alex was a life saver. Suffered catastrophic failure of my mobile hotspot the week before Memorial Day. That is my only home internet and needed for telework. Today, Alex had my account moved over to a new device in 15 minutes. Note: I was sent there by the telephone Customer Care team after they had been struggling to execute the transfer of account to a new device for a large part of yesterday. New manager Alex I believe his name was super sweet and extremely attentive on assisting me on starting new service. I called and asked if they had any iPhone 13’s available. They confirmed that they did. I went in 20+ minutes before closing and was told to come back tomorrow because they close soon. If you’re not going to work while open just close early. Some individuals have busy schedules and unfortunately cannot make it in until then.

Employee was very nice and helpful, however she was the only employee working and it took two hours for her to help me with a new phone. The company needs to hire a few more employees.

Went in today with a broken beyond use phone and came out an hour later with the exact phone I wanted with accessories for an amazing price. Staff Member Caleb Huff was a tremendous help and extremely knowledgeable and personable. As I waited I saw him handle a difficult customer and he handled the situation extremely well. 10/10 experience.
