I Just went to return 2 boxes (8/16/2022) right before close; The short brown-skinned girl behind the counter was outstanding :)! Straight to the point; got me in & out very quickly while making sure that customers are "Reading the instructions" properly each time. Basically Anyone who is upset with the customer service, should be upset with themselves for not reading the instructions before going into the UPS store for returns like I did lol. While the man behind the counter was nice enough during our visit, one of the Amazon returns that we brought in didn't end up scanned or on the receipt. That's certainly partially my fault for not checking the receipt before we left, but at the same time is going to cost me quite a bit of money because the item is gone and I'm not getting credit for it. I brought this item in with a UPS sticker already on it, so I just suggest to other customers that they be consistent with whatever they bring in and check their receipts before heading out the door.

I've been to the store for Amazon returns for several years, never had an issue, the ladies were fast and efficient. My wife went there last week for a return and she said the guy behind the counter was very blunt, almost rude when asking him questions, I said that is odd, I've always had a good experience there with the ladies, but have never had the gentlemen serve me. On Feb 10th, I needed to return 4 very small packages, I arrive around 9.50am, one customer at the counter, another inline, as I got up to the door the customer who was at the counter exits and says they are going to lock the door, I thought it was a joke, but sure enough he locks the door. Ok, that's weird, I hang around wondering what to do, checking for other locations etc, after about 5 mins the manager (he is the manager as I asked), opens the door, I thought "ok, I'm in", but oh no,, he then went on to tell me he would be closed for breakfast, for 10mins, I said you should put a sign up on the door with revised business hours as they were now effectively closed, he said they weren't closed, but I said you are as the door is locked I cannot get in to do business, he repeated that he was closed and he was having his breakfast. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager. That pretty much ended the conversation and the door was locked and closed in my face. Please note, this store may not be open as per hours posted on their door, which 8am - 6pm, they close for breakfast.

only giving 5 stars because the guys who work here always have such great customer service, but if youre reading the reviews please save yourself the trip if youre in a hurry & go to a different location. they are ALWAYS busy & i mean ALWAYS. i drop off my amazon returns at this location & they always have a line, which im sure is due to them being understaffed (usually only 1 person working) ive worked retail before & kudos to these guys keeping a positive attitude thru & thru. thought id write a review to show appreciation! give these guys a raise lol!

He was the only one there shuffling between two registers, being completely competent and respectful, a far cry from his employees which I have experienced to be unpleasant, especially the tall fellow with braces. I would recommend this store, but just hope the owner is there.

A few days ago I took a return and, I believe it was Tristan, who said ... what do you want...I said an amazon return and he rolled his eyes and said of course it is...I offered to take it somewhere else and he said he was just joking. If rudeness is joking...then sure. He then walked off and eventually came back and continued to be rude until I left. I get it's probably annoying to do mostly amazon returns...but if it's that much of a problem don't offer it as a service.
