I Just went to return 2 boxes (8/16/2022) right before close; The short brown-skinned girl behind the counter was outstanding :)! Straight to the point; got me in & out very quickly while making sure that customers are "Reading the instructions" properly each time. Basically Anyone who is upset with the customer service, should be upset with themselves for not reading the instructions before going into the UPS store for returns like I did lol. I had left my Amazon box at home but she made it easy for me to get another one with no issues while properly explaining the process for next time. Thanks UPS! ~Mista

All contact with pods employees was good. Very nice and considerate. Only issue was the delayed delivery. Booked in July, scheduled delivery date was 9.6.22, on 9.5.22 got a call advising of delay to 9.21.22. Unacceptable. Two phone calls to pods got it delivered 9.13.22...still 7 days late no compensation for delay. Otherwise container was good, drivers were good and personable. Customer service and sales were good as well. ~Cathy
