All contact with pods employees was good. Very nice and considerate. Only issue was the delayed delivery. Booked in July, scheduled delivery date was 9.6.22, on 9.5.22 got a call advising of delay to 9.21.22. Unacceptable. Two phone calls to pods got it delivered 9.13.22...still 7 days late no compensation for delay. Otherwise container was good, drivers were good and personable. Customer service and sales were good as well. ~Cathy

Excellent facility, excellent service. Thomas is very professional and helpful and is on top of everything. The property is always clean and he ensures that all units are secure.
