All contact with pods employees was good. Very nice and considerate. Only issue was the delayed delivery. Booked in July, scheduled delivery date was 9.6.22, on 9.5.22 got a call advising of delay to 9.21.22. Unacceptable. Two phone calls to pods got it delivered 9.13.22...still 7 days late no compensation for delay. Otherwise container was good, drivers were good and personable. Customer service and sales were good as well. ~Cathy

The people that work there are always nice and very helpful! The storage unit is pretty big and at a great price! I believe it was Sherry who helped me whenever we were needing to close out our account! She did a really good job and is always super sweet! ~Shelby
