Best storage facility in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (OK) 2024

All contact with pods employees was good. Very nice and considerate. Only issue was the delayed delivery. Booked in July, scheduled delivery date was 9.6.22, on 9.5.22 got a call advising of delay to 9.21.22. Unacceptable. Two phone calls to pods got it delivered 9.13.22...still 7 days late no compensation for delay. Otherwise container was good, drivers were good and personable. Customer service and sales were good as well. ~Cathy

Excellent facility, excellent service. Thomas is very professional and helpful and is on top of everything. The property is always clean and he ensures that all units are secure. I have had storage units with all of Extra Space's competitors and hands down Extra Space has my business from here on out. Thanks Thomas for your hard work and dedication. Tina in the office was very nice and patient when explaining to me the options at this storage facility. Location is easy for me and the office attendant Tina was nice so I recommend! ~Kate

Shenell was training a new employee when I walked in. Bothe young ladies were very polite and professional. They spoke to me not as much like a customer as like a friend. They both shared about how they could relate to me in my line of work as a truck driver. I'm sorry to admit I fail to remember the new employee's name. Friendly and professional experience! ~James
