I've had Boost Mobile for many years with virtually no issues. I have been to many really great Boost Stores in 3 different states but when I came to this store several months ago, I was given a run around by a very dishonest associate. She was very shifty about quoting me fast deals but always in her favor and a large amount of money for me to pay out. She totally explained away the online offer and refused to discuss it any further. I went to Walmart and was able to get exactly the deal that was advertised online as advertised with no hastles and no shady dealing. I will never be back to this location again.

The one employee that was there was super nice and helpful as he could be. But, was overwhelmed being only employee on payroll for the night having several customers in needing assistance. Also, this is not based on the customer service, because he was so nice and did try hard to assist us . I was not able to purchase the broadband package because of some problem the website kept having and he was not able to correct the issue there. So I left with not getting what I was needing.

I enjoy boost as a service, and I'm very thankful to have found this one. Up until today they were a perfect 5 stars as every time I've visited I've spoke with Claudia, or another gentleman who are both superb. It's always clean, brightly lit, and rather quick and efficient. Unfortunately today I had an issue in my service to resolve and was "helped" by Andreana. I am not sure whether she was new to the job, did not have thorough training, or just genuinely did not care about my predicament, but after an hour of slogging through the issue she told me that my issue was unresolvable. I finally get a representative to talk to on the phone, and they fixed the issue for me in 10 minutes in exactly the manner I wanted. To be completely honest in my opinion, if you walk in and see Andreana, you should turn around and come back a different day. She does not seem to care about customers or her pride in the job so as far as I'm concerned it is not worth wasting your time or effort. Come back another day when an attentive employee is staffed.

Didn't go there went next door to the Divine Change Barbershop. Mr. Maurice is wonderful. He cuts my little boys hair. GREAT with kids and his haircuts are wonderful as well.

Had a great time at this location on Friday! They gave back to customers and the community with a free cookout and free school supplies and back packs! Pleasant atmosphere and awesome staff! Go see them today for the very best deals!!!
