DO NOT USE SELF CHECKOUT!!! ITS A TRAP!!! I've heard a few stories about this, and saw this happen with my own eyes as someone was "detained." It's just disgusting.. Yukon Police get a $500 ticket that most people just pay. Walmart "donates" to them for a "Citizen's investigation team." That's how this is justify this. They have an incredibly creepy surveillance system. They will violate your rights. They are not law enforcement. Do not let them "detain you." If you have to use self checkout, demand that an associate or asset protection person video you with your phone.

6:45 pm and customer service for returns is closed because someone went on break and apparently no one in the entire store knows how to do returns including the manager. However there are two employees flirting when you walk in the door and two employees just chatting at the Cosmetics check out and other groups of employees just walking throughout the store. Does it really take two people to put something back on a shelf and why do you not train other employees to cover breaks.

If I could give zero stars I would. One of the worst walmarts I've ever shopped in (out of three states). The selection is limited, and the store may be filthy, but the employees are helpful. That's pretty much the only thing going for them. I choose to drive well over to the neighborhood market for food, just to not have to go in the supercenter.

Walmart has gone far beyond DOWN HILL! Yet they claim to look forward to your business, serving you. Not So! They don't even answer their phones. I've called 12 times today, until it disconnected! Nice! the only one that answered was pharmacy and he said he'd have the MGR call me right away, but never did! Many employee's look like they hate being there, don't smile, and when you ask them a question they ignore and walk away. Bad Business!

You do not even want to know what I think of Walmart. I used to go quite a bit but since they've become mostly self-checkout and they will not help me when I check out because I do not do self checkout. I have quit going. Their customer service at the store near me is horrible and they don't care. I do occasionally go to another store where they are very very willing to help. But it's far enough away that I don't go often.

The store isn’t well kept; it’s badly laid out, poorly cleaned, and has a ton of items that are out of stock seemingly perpetually. The parking lot is also very badly designed and poorly maintained. This store needs new management, and a good overhaul.

Do not use their grocery pickup. My wife and I have tried over and over again hoping we just got them on a bad day. Unfortunately, they are all bad days. Terribly unorganized and understaffed. On 3 occasions now I’ve waited over an hour to get my groceries. One Monday all 20 spots were full, and they had one kid working. You’re better off just going inside and shopping yourself, it’ll be quicker. Good idea, but bad design

Was decently clean but pallets of product sitting everywhere. Staff seemed irritated that I was in their way because I was there to shop OVER AN HOUR BEFORE THEY CLOSE. I understand they have a job to do, but getting mad at me just for being present is a little excessive.

Worst pickup in the state. Been a spark driver and each time I have to wait 45 minutes plus to get a delivery order picked up. How is one supposed to make money with these crazy wait times. Coprate needs to come in and fire management. This is absolutely ridiculous and I see by the reviews I'm not the only one with this problem

Need to train the employees on where things are and how to help customers. The most helpful ones are the ones at the front doors. I was there one time and a gentleman was looking for something and asked questions about something to an employee. She looked at him and said nope I don't know where it's at or anything about it and walked off. I over heard the conversation and what they were looking for was right in front of her and him and I pointed to it and said there it is, and answered his question. It was a vaporizer. I could tell the man wasn't feeling good. Walmart employees are some of the worst in customer service. Especially at this store and the one on SW 3rd, and in Yukon.
