Reality Kitchen Nonprofit is a 501(c)(3) that provides job skills training and professional development services for young adults who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are a licensed Provider Organization and certified to deliver Employment Path Community services to these individuals. I love this place, it's founders, it's mission to the community and especially the prevocational, vocational, basic communication skill development for handicapped in a real work setting. And yes, the food is a delight. Please see their website or facebook page for specials or just to follow the good work they all do. Treat yourself and all your friends or family.

This place is phenomenal! The food is delicious, the prices are extremely affordable, the produce is fresh, the baked goods are soft. I've never been here before today and I'm actually a little upset about it. This place is a hidden gem. It's cozy, and the staff is super friendly. It's a job skills training program, and it's so awesome to see something like this. I'll be coming here again and again and again.

A hidden gem on the River Road area! Excellent pastries, bread and other baked goods. Great sandwiches and soup and good coffee. The atmosphere is nice and non-pretentious and almost has a community center feeling to it, lots of regulars meeting and exchanging pleasantries. The staff is lovely too.

I love Reality Kitchen. Everything is always fresh and delicious. I especially like the fruit danishes. They graciously agreed to make a carrot cake for a birthday and it was fabulous - and huge. So glad they are surviving the pandemic!!

Okay this is seriously my new favorite place in Eugene. Their food is so fresh and packed with flavor and originality! In addition to their sweet baked goods they have a variety of delicious sandwiches and a build your own grilled cheese menu. But I truly fell in love when I discovered their selection of pickled foods! I am now hooked on their pickled eggs and my life is forever changed. 10 out of 10 would recommend anyone go there! Great food. Great service. And all for a great cause!

Best biscuits and gravy. Buttery biscuits and spicy sausage gravy you can taste every ingredient. Just lovely. Love the concept of helping others while getting delicous food. Breakfast is served all day. Menu has something for everyone. The bakery offers savory & sweet items. I was able to purchase a buttermilk pumpernickel loaf to take home. Yummy!

I heard of your program via my daughter who is an educational assistant at North Eugene High School. We had a family event which we needed cookies for, so we decided to use your bakery. We were not disappointed. the quality of the cookies were tasty and beautiful to look at. The prices was reasonable as well. The customer service both on the phone and in person were excellent. I would not hesitate to make a purchase from your bakery in the future.
