Literally the worst customer service experience of my life so far lol. Philomath Subway is 0/10, if it's not too inconvenient, just drive to Corvallis. Idk where to start... G-lynn (don't want to identify too much) was rude to a little old lady next to me, they skipped over the customer in front of my husband and I and started making my husbands sandwich, then kept forgetting to start mine. That would have not bothered me if they weren't impatient with the old lady. I'd have sent this review in to the subway website, but we didn't get a receipt. I hope upper management takes time to note that hospitality and kindness to your customers is more important than speed of service. Let your employees slow down so they don't get so stressed out... Seemed like this was more a problem with the system than the employees. Not the first time I've had problems at this Subway.

Gage called the police on me because I was making small talk about me being tired and having a long day and that why I’m talk quite but he took that as me saying that I was messed up so the police came and talked with me and let me go because I wasn’t under any influence and made me miss my appointment. That’s is the biggest inconvenience I’ve experienced in a deli or any restaurant for that matter. He needs to have his hours cut or Inconvenience him as must he did me.

To me the best bread made, hands down! My family lives the classics like meatball marinara and black forest ham. They have new subs too such as steak and chicken, add your veggies yum, yum 😋

Made an online order for 2 sandwiches and they completely messed up my order from the bread to vegetables and the sauce i really don't think its that hard to read a screen and make what it says like what is the app for anyway if I have to go in and make sure they get it right

My husband and I were late to an event and had a two day string of poor service and disappointment. We stopped at subway in Philometh and had the best service we've had in a month! The server was efficient, clean, attentive, and professional. We appreciated you so much!

Like most of the subway chain stores , it was great sandwich,chips and drinks ! Meat,veggies and bread was nice and fresh and was excellent. Staff was happy to help me and did a great job with a smile ! Well done 🙂 i would hesitate to recommend this subway to any and all of my friends and family !

Kids wanted to spend their own hard earned money on sandwiches. Service was very rude and blamed slow service on our family instead of the workers who would not ring up the kids individually.

I have lived in Philomath my whole life, and this Subway is brutual. For probably the last year, they have messed up everything I have got. It got to the point where I stopped going there. Today I went there to give them another shot. I ordered two sandwiches and when I received them they were both messed up (wrong bread and not toasted), so I told them and they tried to make me pay for them to remake the sandwiches. Finally, I gave them the sandwiches back and told them to fix it. I received two new sandwiches and went home. When I got home and opened my sandwiches up, there was no cheese on either of them and my sandwich had three little strips of lettuce. What did I even pay for, a piece of bread? It is not even just one employee because I have gotten different employees and they still never get it right. I don't even order anything complex either.

Best Subway I have gone to in a long time. It was well-staffed and very clean. Staff were extremely friendly and did not mess up my sandwich order at all. Bathrooms were clean and the store was very well put together. All together a very pleasant experience and I would recommend this Subway location to anyone who loves sandwiches.
