These clerks have to put up with junkys and tweekers their entire shift- cut them some slack when 80%of the clientele are trying to rip them off.

I mean it’s a 7 eleven but come on I work very hard for my money I own my business if my employees treated Customers as cold and rude and like they were a bother to me like I have been treated every time I come in this store I would be cleaning house I have a rule and my place treat every Customer like they are your grandparents very disappointed and will not be returning to have my change tossed at me

I've ordered 7-11 Now three times. Each time, they routinely don't have my order correct and items are missing. Each time, the monetary loss is about $5 and that's not even considering the fees and tip paid to use this service. I've requested a refund for the missing items twice now for my two previous orders and 7-11 (the store and corporate) do not respond. I do not recommend.

I have told the manager three different times over eight months about a problem night shift employee who is doing seriously illegal things behind the counter. His response? "Thanks, I'll talk to him"...

Was in a rush today....Shouldn't have to wait on cashier to get off his phone before being serviced. I literally said "hello can I get"... and he continued to pay attention to his phone. Very awkward couple of seconds close to a minute. Once he got off his service was great I guess.... as he was ringing me up he was watching that phone for notification I started laughing lol.... Pay attention to the customers we appreciate it. Other then that store was clean inside & outside, plenty of freshly cooked food and great deals.

If i could give this place a 0 i would. Their staff mainly the person that worked there during the day. He is HORRIBLE. This store leaves advertisements up that have expired then when you expect them to still honor the price the person conveniently doesn't know how to change the price. So he says you can talk to his boss you say ol what's his ph # he says oh i don't know it one minute and then the next is i can't give that out. But i thought you said i could talk to your boss. Man make up your mind. Out of all the 7 11's near me this is 1 of the worst ones EVER. I will make a point to go to a different one.

The dude sucks! That work in there as of 3:05 pm 9/26/17 I went in there very thirsty so I get ice and some kind of mango drink that turned out to be nasty water so I say I'm going to pour it out I don't want it I will get soda and he goes off on me telling me he is going to charge me extra I got scared because he had this crazy look in his eyes like Michael blackson so I got the hell out of there. Just a heads up be careful he looks dangerous!!!!!

Went there last night 1/14/18 to make a quick purchase gave a homeless woman a few bucks that was standing outside and hugged her couldn't find my car keys!! She quickly left after attempting to help me look for them. The clerk was being very helpful, never found my keys. Had to make a police report. Horrible neighborhood!! Stay away if you can.

This visit wasn't the 7-Eleven standards I have grown to enjoy. I was there to buy my usual....coffee, munchies, and a few lottery tickets. The clerk, (around 7pm on friday the 16th), begain to raise his voice , and tell me he WILL NOT assist me in serving me the tickects in the way/amount I would like. I begain to remind him that he CAN NOT tell me/make me play the way he wants. He Caused a big scene. Even begain to accuse my family of stealing a cup. When she showed him her cup from another place he loudly said' OK , just go'! She had nothing to do with him, and my purchase toward the tickets. There are details, and more I have not mentioned due to space. It was important for me to get the 'jest' out, and share that customer service has changed. Even in places you enjoy/love to frequent.
