9/8/21 around 3:45am a man with a knife tried attacking the clerk while I was standing in line. The people working there need something to help protect themselves and other customers. I felt really bad for the man behind the counter because he was helpless,and we both could tell the man was crazy and couldn't be controlled using words. I'm glad the man left cause it was about to get nasty for everyone there.

Never shopping here again. Been to this place several times. Bought 5 pieces of crusty day old wings. It says 5 for $1.00. The clerk charged me $16. I told him this is incorrect. He just waved at the prompt screen while my card was still in. He left to attend to another customer. Came back and waved me off. No refund. Rip me off.

Can not believe how absolutely horrible the people working are. Not only were they rude to me, but also extremely rude to the 2 people in front of me. Will definitely not be going back to that 711.

It’s nasty here. I saw an employee take off his gloves and move the food with his bare hands. Mind you, he was also cashiering which means he was handling money that’s been in places you can imagine. This morning, this happened: I went into the store around 6:50am to grab coffee and a muffin. It’s triple points day. I hand the cashier my money but he doesn’t ring my purchase not does he put the money in the register. He begins ringing another customer buying the Lays yellow bag of potato chips and a drink and tells me I’ll get more points. Then, he doesn’t add the muffin and coffee and tells me he will, after me asking. The other customer is confused and I walked out in frustration. In addition, when I was preparing my coffee, I’m almost certain he and the other associate were talking about stealing from the store. Lastly, there’s a bunch of nats in the area that holds the muffins and donuts. Just so you know, the “bare hands food handler” and “thief cashier” are the same person.

Not too bad but been going there for years my local store the only one that's been in this area for ever and you think they would treat the local people that spend money after money a lot better than they do sometimes they'll come up to you just asking how can I help you knowing they're just treating me like a thief but other than that there has been a few good ones there good employees that is that I appreciate thank you
