Ordered from uber eats. They forgot 3 out of 7 items in my order. One of them being a gallon of milk that was urgently needed. So I placed another uber eats order for 1 small item and left a note for the driver explaining the situation and asked him to pick up my missing items. He then told me that the cleark didn't have any idea about my order and couldn't replace the items. All of this happened within 1 hour....I've been calling the store back to back and no answer.

One of the main reasons I pop in here is for the slurpees. 9 times out of 10 bucks the machine has the majority if not all flavors out of order or an awful liquidy consistency. As one of the staples of 7/11 it's baffling that they are so consistently out of order. I've walked in at least 3-4 times only to walk right back out the door due to the shape of the slurpees or the surrounding area. I really hope this can get turned around, as I love the frozen treat, and at this point it's been quite a few weeks since I've even been able to get one. Doesn't matter what time of day I come in, especially the last couple weeks or so. The first 4 flavors from the left are CONSTANTLY out of order.

I had gone in to buy some food for lunch for my brother, mother, and myself. After almost finished getting everything a man I presume to be the owner began speaking to me I had given my brother my mask because he forgot his at home. The man said he doesn't sell to people with out mask. At the time I was using my jackets inner collar. Thinking this was the issue I ask if he has any mask. He than tells me no and that he won't sell me anything unless I have a mask. Note: He has masks that I can buy but he has already told me he won't sell me anything without a mask. So I resort to wrapping my entire jacket around my face to appease him. He than proceeded to harassing and belittling me saying he has already gotten into trouble with the CDC for allowing customers not have masks in his store and that my jacket is not a real form of masking my face. He was clearly discriminating against me for some unknown reason and taking his issues that he has been having with the CDC out on myself. I attempted to resolve the situation respectfully and kind however I doubt if I had been able to find a mask to put on he would only harassed me for not buying one from him as he was trying to bully me into doing even though he had already told me he won't sell me anything without a mask. In the end I left and my brother had to buy everything with his food card.

Finally fed up with the poor service! The folks behind the counter aren’t alway the most helpful but I don’t go very often (about once every few months) so it doesn’t usually get under my skin. I que-d up for the register and this other person was sort of ahead of me so I asked her if she was in line. They looked me in my face then asked the person behind the counter for their phone so that they could take a picture of something they were doing with the shelf. It was very weird. Then they excused themself for holding me up and darted out. I paid for my stuff and was out of there when I realized that she didn’t have a mask on. It appears that the person behind the counter isn’t enforcing the mask requirement for their friends. Honestly I don’t know what was going on but it’s always so weird in there. I never know what to expect but it’s never good. I think if I need to get stuff from 7-11 in the future I’ll just have it delivered. Even though it’s only 2 blocks away it’s worth it to not have to deal with whatever random weirdness is waiting to meet me in the store.
