These guys really care about your pets they take really good care of them while they are in their building and even after they pass they even donate money in your animal's name I recommend these people all the time

We have been bringing our furry family members here for more than 6 years and we are so glad we found them! Wonderful and caring service. The vet is very generous with her time, giving us lots of detail about our pets' needs and calling to check in when special circumstances arise. The technician and support staff always greet our pets with affection, making vet appointments as calm and low key as they can be.

I was asked if it was an emergency or if I could hold i held and waited for 10 min to be told reguardless of an emergency or not with a very rude attitude they are not accepting new clients for 2yrs! Don't waste your time here if they act like this over the phone I can imagine what they would act like in a real stressful situation

Love, Life and Snuggles I've been going to this provider for over 7.5 years. We have had a wonderful experience after wonderful experience. Even in those turmoil times when we lay our furry friends to rest, they are compassionate and take care of you and them.

I moved to Salem in May with my best friend Gizmo. I didn't know what was wrong with him when I moved here but I knew something was wrong. I came to find out that he had diabetes. I worked with the staff and Dr. Millner to try and get his blood sugar levels to where they needed to be. Unfortunately Gizmo's body just wouldn't regulate. After 6 months of trying I had to say goodbye to my best friend for 12 years. It was the hardest decision I've ever made and it didn't come lightly. Dr. Millner helped me understand the decision in front of me. Gizmo was not only my best friend, but my only friend in Salem as I'm not from Oregon. Coming home after work to a rose on my doorstep was very thoughtful. Receiving a note 3 months later after his passing was also very thoughtful as I'm still thinking about him daily. Thank you to the entire staff at Oak Hills Veterinary.

I have taken my cat here for eight years and my newly adopted Great Dane for three months. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the care my babies have received here. Price is something a lot of people worry about, and sure, I could find a vet cheaper, however any price to pay for amazing care and treatment is worth it for the assurance that what's being done is being done right and with care. I don't trust anyone else with the lives of my girls. Dr. Burright has been amazing with the care she has given to my dane. The staff are incredibly friendly, truly care about your animals and communicate efficiently. I have never questioned their opinion, nor have I ever had any problems with the treatment received. 10/10 for Oak Hills! Thank you for loving my babies so well! We love YOU in this household.

I love Dr. Smith! She always takes such great care of my dog. She’s brought him back from almost dying and continues to help make him better. The staff is great and always super friendly. I always feel good about my visit after leaving.
