Being a woman sometimes means you automatically get treated like an idiot at auto parts stores, but not this one! I went in looking for some bulbs for my 2005 Honda Crv and Bob Haffly helped me and guided me through finding what I needed with just a couple questions. He gave me some advice on dealing with some other issues with the car as well. It was nice to shop somewhere where the conversation was easy, I was treated with respect and didn't feel like they were just trying to make a sale. Bob's fantastic customer service really solidified my decision to make this my go to auto part store!

Friendly staff, they usually have what I want and need. The store is well stocked, clean and easy to get to. The employees talk to you on your level and will share whatever knowledge they have. This is usually my first stop for anything automotive and will continue to go there.

The guy there insisted I needed an AGM battery that cost way more than a normal truck battery and was arguing with me about it. I called the dealership where I bought my truck and they confirmed it did not take an AGM battery and that if I put an AGM battery in my truck it would ruin it because the truck's charging system is not meant for an AGM battery.

I come here all the time for parts. I have found they cary a better selection of old BMW parts than the dealer. The folks working the counter are generally very knowledgeable and try their best to help you if you ask for something out of the ordinary.
