I gave this for there main employee is very difficult to deal with he miss counts your money intentionally and is always short, he always over charges and makes up prices he's rude to ppl including children and turns that accent up so you don't know what he's saying.... I've grown up with ppl from this decent they are not knowing for being this petty and dishonest. Always get a receipt and count your change twice before you leave. Everyone else that work there is professional and helpful.. Everyone!!!

The one guy that worked there you coudn't under him and was a bit rude to everyone. He snapped and trying rushing people, and told my god son to shut up. We don't plain to go there while he's working there again. The lady is much nicer and more polite. They need more people that's nice and polite like that lady.

We go here because it is a short walk from home, but we have been overcharged multiple times on items, and have unknowingly purchased things that were LONG expired multiple times. Just yesterday, we went in to grab a drink because we had been on a long walk and it was hot out- bought 2 cans of soda. My wife took a swig of the soda and spit it out! She says "that is TERRIBLE"- I looked at the expiration date- it expired in October of 2020, this is June of 2021!! Watch the dates on any food or drink products!!!

Price gouging on food stuffs, high costs all the way around, legal gambling spot and overpriced snack shack, really, although they do carry a few necessities of youre in dire need of a basic or two.

Their prices r outrageous rediculous for a small bag of cat litter 10.57 they need to lower their prices money hungry I say they charge more than what Walmart or the dollar store

I also would give less than one star if I could. BE WARY AND VIGILANT WITH THE CASHIERS! This is beyond the issue of their ridiculous pricing, and it is ridiculous. Today I caught the cashier trying to overcharge me, and he would have gotten away with it if I had not been vigilant while he was ringing me up. See, the don't scan items, they punch in the price manually. The register's pricing display doesn't display anything except the total and individual items don't have price tags.I believe this is done intentionally. So a lot of the times there is no way to know how much an item cost. So I caught the cashier charging me $8.99 for pizzas that were priced $5.79 on their shelf. Tony's pizzas, I bought 2 so he tried to over charge me over $6. Be wary and vigilant when you shop here. Shop elsewhere if you can. I'm going to talk to the owner next time I see him and let him know what's going on. I'm not the only one who has had this problem. I'm going to look into reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the Butler Chamber of Commerce. The owner and his employees have to realize this type of behavior on the part of a local business is unacceptable. I've had other issues with this convenience store but this is the one that is the most serious. BE WARY AND VIGILANT WITH THE CASHIERS!

This is a great place to shop. The new look is nice. The slection is great. The rest restrooms are clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. The pricing is reasonable. It is a little hard to notice from the main road but not impossible if you pay attention. I would recommend this place.

If I could give it less than one star, I would. The incredibly overpriced products generally do not have prices clearly marked, the staff is not attentive when the owner isn't there(which is always now), and getting a clerk to double bag is next to impossible. I highly suggest going the extra few blocks to A-Plus or Marathon unless you absolutely must shop at Butler Food Mart.
