Joined two days ago. All doing great. One month later, and the system upgrades doesn't have my autopay active, when I activated that a month ago because of Boosts system uograde. Lost my info. Now I can't pay my bill while the store is closed and online, and reps say my autopay declined. I called my debit card and nothing wrong there. Yet my services will be cut off. Outrageous.

I just want to say one thing and that's I love D! I wanted to have an active phone with Boost Moblie since the other phone companies wanted me to pay a lot of money for just one line. D answered all my questions calmly and even helped me explore different options. She was patient with me even when I was, in my mind, not making any sense. I ended up leaving satisfied, which never usually happen in a phone store. I came out with an Samsung Galaxy Ao2 with all my contacts and everything on it. I think you guys should give her a raise cause she was amazing! If you guys every go to boost, look for D she will take care of you!

Great location the employee luis helped me get all of my pictures and contacts on my new phone and also linked up my cellphone to my cars apple play great guy great place i found my new location to do all of my future business with boost two thumbs up

Tried to get the free sim card here that Boost required but salesperson said it would cost $10. I dont see how some Boost stores charge and say its a corporate thing and others do not. Go through customer service...seems sketchy.

Great experience at this location the spanish dude luis helped out alot got my contacts email and personal information switched to my new cell tried to give him a tip he wouldnt accept it but overall good location 👍🏽

Only one person in the store. He could not tell me how to go about unlocking a device, nor was he able to find the proper accessories for my phone. Over all a totally frustrating situation. I wound up walking out of the store without buying anything! Their loss.

Absolutely the worst business policy I have ever come across in my entire life. for days the phone has been off the hook. This is the last day I'll spend periodically trying to call them just to get a busy signal from 10 until 6 it's unbelievable I will go so far out of my way to go to any other Boost Mobile but this store and I suggest you try calling them before you go there

Went to this store to get a phone for my teenage son. The guys that run this store were super helpful, saved me a lot of money, and were extremely nice and informative!
