Stopped here to get my better half a surprise for Christmas, and I had no clue what I was after as it was my first time ever getting anyone jewelry, and the lady there helped me pick out the most beautiful ring! It is absolutely perfect in every way and she absolutely loves it! I won’t go anywhere else for jewelry from here on 🤙

I have been dealing with various Kay Jewelers over the past 20 years and never had a complaint. Recently inquired about having some customs rings made. The people were apathetic at best with information. They took my information, on a napkin, and told me they would call in 2 days. I didn't hear back from them, so I called to see if they had worked up a price. They told me they would get back to me. They never called. I went to Dave Rossi and the experience was SO much better. What Kay's was telling me might take 4 months, Rossi's had done in a week.

We came in literally about an hour ago because we were consistently having trouble with the online ordering process. Kristen, Courtney, and James and another girl whom I can’t think of her name right now lol, went above and beyond to help us out and pick the ring we wanted! Arrived 15 min before opening (ran out of errands) watched as they sat around the one counter till 10 min AFTER they were supposed to open with all the gates down. Took someone physically going up to the door for them to realize they were supposed to be open or who knows how long that would have gone on. Normally great service though. UPDATE: received a very friendly phone call with an apology and an explanation. Normally a company would take offense to an average review (3 stars) but they actively sought out how they could be better. That type of service truly makes up for the minor delay!
