I am always excited to see all the new things on display at Boscovs. It is continually a great store, no matter when I shop there. Great prices and great customers service.

Customer service is a lie in this store.The most rude and combative department manager I’ve ever met in the houseware department .He was at lunch when the store associate called him and as of the first second he wanted to punch me in the face, his eyes was eyeballing me and never let me finish. The most awful experience I’ve ever had in exton branch.

Do much better than Kohl's. Everything at Kohl's is dated and out of style. Boscovs has such a better selection. I paid my Kohl's card off and closed the account, it's useless now and their interest rates are so much higher than Boscovs. Thank you Boscovs!

This is a really nice Boscov's, they have a huge selection of clothing. It's also very clean and organized. Boscov's always has great sales and discounts. There aren't many stores still left open at the Exton Square Mall so this is probably the best store there.

Stood at the gift wrapping desk minutes before, anyone offered to help us. Also there was a women facing us but continued to ignore that we were there. The lady told us that they don’t wrap anymore but was about to sell us boxes until she realized what we were wrapping was from a different store.

We had a worker Christine ring us up and the experience was extremely disheartening. She immediately walked away as she saw us coming up, proceeded to mumble under her breath and say nothing to us at the start of the transaction. We had been buying 3 items which were marked at 9.99, but ring up for 11.99 and she refused to honor that until another worker stepped in and spoke to us disrespectfully the entire time. A shame to encounter workers who clearly do not care about the satisfaction of customers and says a lot about the values of this location

Love Boscov's. A full service department store, only lacking electronics. Great prices, very good selection. I often find a better selection and better prices than at factory outlets. I buy almost all my clothing, infant wear, shoes, and domestics there, and have also gotten eyeglasses, yard goods, housewares, and small electronics. If you get their credit card, you also get periodic special promotions on top of sale prices. I prefer to shop in person, but have also ordered on line for delivery, and also for in store pick up, and have always had good service. I rarely need to return anything, but when I do, it is easy.

I went with my friends to Boscov in Exton, on Friday morning, to look for a mattress. We were greeted and assisted by John. John was supper friendly and helpful, he couldn’t of made our purchase any better! We are super excited and can’t wait until we receive our mattress. We purchased a great mattress at a low price. Must go to Boscov for all of your bedding needs!

I was returning a previous purchase and I could do so at regular checkout. I am always grateful for 'one stop shopping'... some stores make you take returns/exchanges to customer service, which is always located in the most remote area of the store.

One of the last department stores left in our malls, so for that alone, they get 5 stars. They are a well-organized, fair priced chain though for every budget, and their variety, brands and eye appeal keeps folks like me loyal. If you have their credit card, you'll receive periodic coupons (15% off), which is also wonderful. Family business still I believe, and it truly caters to our needs.
