Absolutely awesome people! So nice and helpful, great price for a good size unit. I had called Uhaul, they didnt have anything but directed me here. I would definitely recommend Millfair and if I ever need to rent a unit again I'll call them directly.

I have a temperature-controlled storage unit for my nicer furniture as well as a normal storage unit. I have been very happy with the units and the service at Millfair. The location is in a well-lit and high traffic area. The units all have good visibility to Sterrettania and Millfair Roads, so I always feel safe when I am there.

We are from Canada and our daughter attends Mercyhurst University and every year we store her items at the Millfair Self Storage units. The units are very clean, dry, easy access and secure. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend the Millfair Storage units.

I rented two units from Millfair Storage for about 9 months and it is an excellent business! They are friendly, organized, efficient, and helpful. One of their employees (Hal?) offered to help me move my stuff into my storage unit! I also had a few big requests...and they were always accommodating and willing to help. A superb business!

I just moved my possessions out and I couldn’t be happier with the condition I found things in after an eight month absence. The unit—and the whole campus—was incredibly clean and watertight. It was climate controlled as promised and free of funky smells or creepy bugs. Moreover, the owner and the staff were professional and courteous, going out of their way to assist me. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Millfair again.

We used Millfair as a convenient storage facility while shuttling things from old house to new when the new house wasn’t ready yet but needed to get clutter we planned on keeping out of sight while selling the old home. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even offering to give me a hand with a table they could see I was having a hard time loading. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Great facility. Definitely not to be compared with U-Haul, who last time I stored my belongings with allowed a bunch of squirrels to turn them into a five star luxury resort. Millfair is clean, professional, and the only storage facility you'll catch me using in the area.

Carter and the staff are extremely helpful and polite. I have rented from them for about four months and have nothing but good things to say about them. Fairly priced and great quality. I would recommend to anyone who needs a rental unit!
