I was online trying to transfer to a new device. When I saw I was not getting anywhere I would go see Ryan at this Store. I had dropped in earlier that day but customers were lined up....mind you this is Sunday of Labor Day weekend. I called this store concerning SIM cards. Ryan stated how to change them....as a DIY...I got this....well Mr. Verizon...had the tool an brains. He also assisted me in getting contacts moved over to new device from Google. I try my best as a 100% Disabled Vet .... this employee did more for me.....in 15 min than I could own my own. Big Salute Sir. Job well done....

I just switched from AT&T to Verizon and I didn't know anything about the transfer. Brandon was very helpful and patient. He assisted me with 3 other customers. Very nice!

Came in on 3/30 to trade in a tablet.. they said that they had to order the 1 I wanted an it would take only 2 days, she wasn't lying because I'm here on 4/1 filling this review out on my brand new tablet. The reason they had to order it is because it's a high end tablet that needs ordered, so I couldn't be upset about that. I was waited on by Sabrina, she was SUPER nice and courtesy. She sure knows what she is doing. She is an amazing gal, I recommend you come here for all your Verizon Wireless needs, she'll help you with whatever you need...If I could give them more than 5 stars I would, this location never let's me down.

She was very professional and friendly and did not push anything I didn’t want. She made a process that I usually dread very easy which I appreciated!

Ally was very helpful. She had 2 other customers. I just had a question about my plan and international calling for my upcoming vacation. Ally was sweet with the older woman who came in wanting a flip phone. Ally was very good with multi tasking. This store in Etters is always very helpful with phone purchases and questions.
