Amazing place! Chef John's food is absolutely to die for! It can be a little busy during the fall foliage season and over packed, but it has a nice atmosphere and gallery to walk around in! Staff are all super nice and willing to work with any limitations you may have! Plus their fall drinks are definitely something you should not miss. Vegetarian options: All of the salads can be prepared vegetarian and even vegan. Just make sure to ask your server! Kid-friendliness: They have a Lego room, kids options, and kids books for every age. Parking: They have PARKING!!!!! Even during the busiest time of year in Jim Thorpe. Wheelchair accessibility: If you are able to give someone a call at their number and they will let you in through the parking lot! Dietary restrictions: They were able to cater to gluten free and nut allergy options.

Such a neat little place! Definitely worth checking out, the food is truly amazing and it has a unique atmosphere with the river running underneath. If you get the high table in the corner, you can see below. Chef John makes some spectacular food, we started with the smoked salmon appetizer and I had the Rigatoni and my husband had the short ribs, very flavorful, good portion sizes. You won’t be disappointed.

I really enjoyed the flavors in the strawberry mandarin spinach salad. My friend enjoyed the soup of the day and said was delicious. Drink options looked awesome and bar was beautiful. Can see down to the water from an angle inside.

Lovely restaurant. Chic but comfy. Simple menu with interesting options. Berry salad was good and grilled chicken pieces, on top, were excellent and plenty, Sit at the table that looks down at the creek. Love that the windows were open with the AC on. Get fresh air but stay cool. Waited on by the daughter's owner. Lovely young woman who took the time to talk to all the tourists and explain everything that is clearly written in the available brochure. Then enjoyed browsing the art work in the museum. Jazz room looks cool too. Most come back on a Thursday night for a listen.

We were first attracted to the Stabin museum (which is one of a kind fantastic ) and then discovered the cafe. SO Wondeful. Great food, service, and ambiance. The menu has classic choices very well done. A little out of the way, it doesn’t get the crowds like downtown but it’s far better than most restaurants In Jim Thorpe. If we lived nearby we’d eat there very often!

We loved the Museum and the Cafe. We had the River bar table where the river runs right underneath! Very cool! Friendly staff, Steve, Skylar and Arielle. Chef John came out and said hello. Complimented the food. Excellent! Museum connected to cafe! Amazing! More people should definitely look up this place in Jim Thorpe PA. Very Unique!! Nice town…was hopping! Bob and Deb from Long Island NY. My apologies was Justin not Steve. Steve was the nice neighbor we met.

Cafe Arielle was a great start to our trip to beautiful Jim Thorpe. The drinks were great, the food was delicious, the service was awesome and the atmosphere was so interesting. While eating in the beautiful restaurant you can sit at a table inside and look down as a river runs directly underneath it. You have to see for yourself! After hearing how amazing the chef was, we requested he come to our table. We learned of his impressive culinary training and we ordered the delicious dishes he recommended, and he outdid himself! My friends and I were so surprised to have happened upon this restaurant. The night only got better when we met the artist Victor Stabin, and toured his art museum which is right next door. Such a talented man! If you only have time for one meal on your stop in Jim Thorpe, let this be the place!

Cafe Arielle was an absolutely exceptional experience. I went for brunch and got the French Toast with strawberries and the breakfast grilled cheese. Both were incredibly rich in flavor and provided a great juxtaposition between the two. Notably, the breakfast grilled cheese was loaded with flavors that didn't come across unnecessary. The service was great, everyone was welcoming and amicable. The aesthetic of Cafe Arielle is what takes it to the next level. The walls are decorated with art made from the Stabin Museum attached to the restaurant, which provide a great atmosphere to enjoy your meal. There is also a back porch area seating if you want to sit outside. Overall I had a bomb time at Cafe Arielle, can't wait to go back.

A-maz-ing! Took the trolly from town as they specifically stop here. The staff was very cheery and the inside was designed very beautifully. We were happy before we even took a bite. The food was to die for! My favorite being the Pan seared Ahi Tuna which was absolutely perfect.
