Absolutely insane customer service. I had my car window smashed into, and was super nervous to think of how long I’d be out of a vehicle to have the repair completed. I reached out to Safelite on a Wednesday, and they had their mobile truck out to my car literally the next morning. Their tech was really friendly, and had my window repaired within one hour. I own a business - that level of speed and custom service is absolutely inspiring. I’m still shocked that the repair has already been completed.

Originally they received the wrong window. The proper window was received quickly. Installation was A+. I waited in a very comfortable waiting room. Less than an hour and my 2004 Scion had a new back window.

Fast service. In and out in less then 1 and a half hours. They did all the insurance info prior to my appt and sent me a text with exact amount I would owe including my deductible.

OMG All I wanted to do was talk to a live representative and they would not let me. I don’t want to hit 1000 buttons I don’t wanna talk to a computer I don’t wanna google anything I want a representative to talk to. I will never use them until they answer the actual phone in person

Probably the 7th time with no exaggeration that they easily made the appointment and confirmed but still came with the wrong part and had to reschedule. Definitely do NOT recommend and am NOT happy with the service. If you are calling to confirm with the everything, you need to make sure you have the right part!

I was pleasantly surprised with Safelite during my Front Windshield replacement! A nice clean and new windshield which was expected. What I didn't is they gave me a quick vacuum to the front and a quick dashboard wipe down! Nothing outstanding, but sometimes the little, unexpected things make the difference!
