What a great morning at Cardinal Camera in Lansdale! This is hands down my favorite shop, with amazing, friendly, knowledgeable staff and classes to keep you on your toes. Today I attended a free class with Sony rep Jason Etzel not only was the class free but I also left with a few fun little prizes as well as a tshirt! Cardinal Camera guided me through the purchase of my first camera and now my second, movin on up!!

Cardinal Camera is the place to go for camera gear and photography needs! They are fair in price and loyal to their customers. Shane has helped me several times with products and services, he’s always there to answer questions related to tips and tricks, memory cards, the best accessories for my camera, etc. He works with customers to ensure they understand and is committed to wonderful customer service (which is rare and so appreciated)! Kurt (the owner) has worked with me to get the best pricing on gear and adds a personal touch, always gets right back to you. They also offer great training classes which have helped me grow my photography skills. They will work with you to match competitor pricing and stand by their products. I have nothing but great thinks to say about the staff. It feels like how business should be! I try my best to shop local and Cardinal is at the top of my list.

I went here in search of a film camera and they were extremely helpful. I had little knowledge of cameras and they helped me out a lot. Got a Used Canon AE-1 and they were extremely helpful with showing me how to use it. Excellent customer service and the staff is very nice! Great prices on Everything!

First time here yesterday, it was a very positive experience. I moved here from Colorado about a year and a half ago and have never seen any camera shops with so many options for film. It's very hard to find a shop that sells good film/ film cameras since most everything is digital now. As soon as we walked in people were there to assist us. The employees are extremely knowledgeable. James was our cashier and he was very kind, he taught my boyfriend how to load film and how everything worked. After we were done checking out they noticed we were missing a couple lens caps. Without hesitation the manager and James started digging through boxes of lens caps and gave them to us for no extra charge. Very impressed with Cardinal Camera for really going the extra mile. Definitely will be coming back and recommending to friends and family! 👏📸

I can’t say enough about how amazing and wonderful the experience I had at cardinal camera was. I am a photographer and I will only go to cardinal for all my photography needs (and I’m traveling from Lehigh valley) The staff goes above and beyond for you and answers your questions with knowledgeable and trustworthy answers. Scott helped me to buy a new camera body today and explained everything to me with the most patience! He is truly amazing! Great shop. Staff knowledgeable , helpful and courteous. They offer a wide array of products and services. I bought my camera, lens and supplies. Prices we equivalent to internet prices; including all sale prices from Canon (which is what I bought). Also with purchase of camera a 1:1 class to help get the most of your camera. Will definitely be buying more supplies from them.

I had been waiting over a month for a newly released camera (after placing orders at 2 large well known online retailers) and had received no information on when I would receive my camera. I decided to order the camera from Cardinal when I found out they had some in stock. I was very pleased when my order shipped out the same day via UPS. Not so pleased when UPS seemed to have lost my shipment. I contacted Cardinal Camera and Cheryl reached out to their UPS Rep and was able to let me know where my order was and that it was on the way. I received my camera only one day later than was scheduled. I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Cardinal Camera and will order from them again. Thank you!

I would highly recommend going to these guys with any and all questions and camera purchases. Not only do they know their stuff but they get to know you as a person and ask question to get a feel of what you are trying to accomplish. I went into the store with the intent to purchase a pretty expensive lens. The guy without hesitation got the lens and answered all my questions, let me test the lens but then started asking question and got to know what I wanted to capture and accomplish in my pictures. He could have easily sold me this expensive lens with no issues because in my mind this is what I needed and had some knowledge on the lens but not enough to know better. But he took the time to ask questions and get to know what I wanted to capture in my pictures. By him taking the time to ask questions, he recommended another lens that was comparable but would allow me to capture things that were closer to me as well and was an all-in-one lens and was also half the price. He talked to me about the differences between each camera and ultimately left the decision up to me. There was no pressure or me feeling like I was getting taken advantage of. I will absolutely go back to these guys for all my future purchases.

This is my first time to Cardinal Camera, the service was great. The owner Kurt and Scott are super nice. Two lens I’m looking for, every where is back-order or new item coming soon, I can’t believe I order the Tamron 35-150 for Sony, Canon RF 24-105 two days ago, I can pick up today.
