After having a very hard time, getting a new phone and being taken care of at T-Mobile, I found myself at this AT&T location dealing with Brett. He is excellent at his job and has provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, mind you he was a one man show running the store today. He sent me out of there very satisfied with the new iPhone 14 and two new Apple Watch to go along with it. This man did it all including getting me the charging box needed for this new phone! It doesn’t get much better than that no hassle and everything I needed in a flash.

Just got my 3rd iPhone from this store. I can’t thank them enough. Connor got me set up in 20 minutes. Polite, concise and informative. He was the best. Thanks for making what I thought was going to be a painful experience into a pleasurable one.

Tyler was the one who assisted me. He is the new manager of the location and one who was patient and helped me get a new phone. I didn’t know what I wanted and he took his time guiding me.

This is a 2022 update on my review - and, again, a great, 5-star experience with Devante (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly) and the small-but-mighty Souderton store. He helped me pick out the phone I wanted, ordered it, and answered some other questions I had that helped me with some important choices, and, oh yeah, let me know of some discounts for which I did not know I qualified, and ended up saving me some good money, too. I'm hoping he's working when my new phone is delivered as I'm confident setting it up will go as smoothly as things went today - AT&T, give this man a raise! *************************************************** I've always had very good and helpful experiences at this particular AT&T store. Most recently, I had the good fortune to be helped by Moe, who is the branch manager. I was having enough difficulties with my iPhone 6 that it was time for me to upgrade. Moe took over an hour with me giving me options, letting me know of deals I was not aware of, as well as things to thing about in terms of getting the most value out of my AT&T account. I entered the store expecting to be satisfied with the service I was to receive and left even more satisfied than I expected to be. Thank you, to Moe in particular and to his team.

Jordan is the man. He was very thorough and explained everything clearly and made adding new lines and getting new phones easy to understand. Would highly recommend any new and existing AT&T customers to come here to Souderton for their phone needs and Jordan will make the process very easy for them.

Horrible Customer Service, Ordered Iphone via AT&T Website. Next day arrived to pick up the phone as this was the pick up location. Only to be told that since i wasn't a new customer that i could not receive the phone and the order had to be cancelled. Unless i wanted a new phone number. No commission made on an upgrade? **UPDATE** I responded to the owner's response below. Never heard another word back. Glad to see you "sincerely appreciate" your customers!
