Good clean location, however the store sometimes seems disorganised, which might be due to a hiring shortage. My last visit seemed to have only 2 employees in the entire store.

Workers were ok...I just can't see spending 69.00 for a quilt when you can go to Ollie's may not be "perfect" looking but just as warm. If you're willing to spend the money and you have it to waste have fun that's your place they have very pretty things there. Just my opinion 😁

Manager has horrific customer service skills. Instead of listening to what the problem was. She automatically started telling us exactly what we did wrong. Then when we started to explain what happened she got loud with us. You have lost business for 2 households.

Totally appalled at the mangers attitude. Was told after being in the store for over 30 minutes, with interactions with several employees, I was required to wear a mask. Visited 3 days ago for over a hour and a half with no comments at all. Today the manager actually said, "Take your business elsewhere". I definitely will. Customer service is not in their vocabulary.

I love this place so much and it is so hard to leave...everything you could ever want is here. Also the snacks are so cool?? I've never seen a lot of them anywhere else.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the store,and beyond satisfied with the help my daughter & I recieved from Lisa, while trying to purchase things from a registry . We had to do an online order at the store,due to not being in stock . Without her help,I would have said forget it ! Very first time in the store,& extremely impressed . I will be coming back .

Have had an abundance of help in this specific location. An employee that comes to mind is Marla. Very patient and provided own experience with an item that I purchased, based off her recommendation. Marla gets 5 stars!

Staff were very friendly and helpful but the store doesn't carry any "specialty bath" accessories in store or online. I was encouraged to try other online stores that have more specific options. They really only offer run of the mill items. Also always have a coupon, the prices are a little high. They also have a huge selection of as seen on TV items

Went in to buy curtains and double curtain rods and were assisted by very helpful employees that checked inventory for the ones we chose. I want to thank Brent our cashier for his great customer service during the purchase of our beautiful new curtains. I will definitely be returning to this store =*)
