There was a shirt I really liked, but they only had one left that was a size too big. I asked if I can order that same exact shirt online, but in a S and not a M — she said no, that is the only one left and the company doesn’t have those anymore. Of course, as soon as I got home I found it in an S online. It’s unprofessional to try to convince a customer that they should buy something that is too big on them, just because the store doesn’t hold a bigger size. Nevertheless, lying about it makes it worse.

I was told to hurry up after quickly trying on two items in the dressing room. So I hurried up and left the store and didn't buy the items I was going to buy.

Juhzar was incredibly helpful! I had an online return that I thought I could return in person and he went out of his way to make this return as easy as possible. He printed out Label, gave me a left over box and told me exactly where to drop it off to be returned! Amazing customer service. ❤️

Staff was pretty rude and not friendly, especially the manager. Also, by no means do I expect someone to open my door but the guy at the register made me wait in line two times to go to the front of the store and open the door for a leaving guest and when it got to me, no one behind me on line, him and the manager just stood there staring at me like they couldn’t wait for me to go. Just find it weird that he went out of the way to open the door twice and stopped when it came to me

Very bad experience! After being in scotch & soda in Philly couldn’t be more helpful to the store in Williamsburg what a difference.....I was the only person in the store neither staff assisted me or asked me did I need help for sizes etc they didn’t even know I was in the fitting room. When I mentioned the poor service at check out the long dark haired girl was so passive aggressive ‘Sure, your experience in every store will be different’ Also said ‘we were just catching up after the weekend’! No it sucked here!!

So i stopped in this store on my way to lunch and i was pleasatly surprised. Its authentic fashion great styles, pricey but rightfully so. its a high end quality boutique syle of fashion with originals. i found 2 items that i must have & plan to treat myself for the holidays.

Beautiful place, people are always very friendly. Trent is amazing. Is a great place to get head-to-toe outfits -2 shoes especially if you're going on vacation and have really nothing prepared. Or even if you're just looking for something that's different and unique that you can't buy anywhere else, I would recommend this brand.
