If I could give a zero, I would. Do not go to this one and do not get delivery from this Subway. I ordered two footlongs since I had the BOGO. I ordered the Great champ and something garlic. On one sandwich, it has green peppers already on the menu which I didn’t ask for and clicked no for green peppers. I opened up the first sandwich and the rotisserie chicken and bacon were cold, the sandwich was messy, the bread was disgusting and overall, I had to throw away sandwich one. The other sandwich was for someone else which they opened it and it was the great garlic. That sandwich was disgusting. The dressing was so messy since they also wanted mayonnaise, and their rotisserie chicken was cold as well. We both threw away our sandwiches. The owner reached out through e-mail thinking getting a free foot long was the great gesture which I mentioned about getting a full refund. They have yet to reply which I have sent another e-mail regarding this. I’m not one to be like this but reading the reviews, I’m not the only one who feels the way that I do. Regardless short staffed or not, we all are going through during these times. I wanted to enjoy my coupon along with eating something I’ve enjoyed from other subways. I won’t go to this one and I don’t recommend you to go either. I don’t understand how an owner runs an establishment if they fail to respond or even provide the customer with their request which is a full refund. So moral of this: Don’t come here and don’t order through delivery at this one. Doordash couldn’t help either so don’t bother. Go to other ones in Monroeville but this one? Stay far away.

I order two kids meal. One was just turkey nothing else. The other was salami cheese and tomato. For whatever reason you aren't allowed to get a kids meal with salami. Make absolutely no sense and I wonder if it just this Subway. They don't take coupons either and we're talking about it while waiting on me. But the people seemed to have a hard time telling me this. They weren't rube or anything. It was just a strange experience. Subway isn't very good but the kids wanted it. Think I'll try harder to talk them out of it next time.

This is one of monroeville's hidden gem! Not so much for the food as much as it l's employees and the service! I went here one day, I was so impressed with the service, that I went back just to give a tip! Btw, the food was awesome!😁

We went because we had a coupon, footlong for $6. When entered we're informed they only had two types of bread. Ok, we pick one they have. We notice a sign that they're only accepting about half of the the coupons being mailed, but ours is listed as one of the three accepted. We also see that they are not accepting those coupons for any of the higher-price subs. So we pick a low-price sub. When we get to the vegetables, half of them are missing, and some of those present are no good. So we pick a a few of the vegetables that are available and aren't trash. When we get to the checkout, she says our coupon is no good. I pointed out that it's one of the few listed as acceptable on the sign, and we got one of the few acceptable subs. She won't do anything for us and insists it's $9.50. TL;DR few breads, few meats, accepts few coupons for few subs, and denies even those coupons their sign says they accept. Pandemic or not, this location appears to be utter trash and not worth a stop.

Middle of lunch hour and they were only staffed with one person, until another employee came in later. Screwed up 20% of the order but at least the food was well prepared and fresh. Wouldn't recommend this location if you're in a hurry.

I ate here yesterday, the first was good and the place was clean. The only bad thing is getting in and out of the parking lot, it's TERRIBLE. Not subways fault.

Probably the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. I’m not one to give reviews on anything. But I’ve also never been charged for black olives on my sandwich. When i asked for black olives, I’m assuming the manager was the one doing everything, sprinkled 3/4 olives on the sandwich and when i asked for more she told me she had to charge me for it... haha most likely won’t be coming back to this location.

If I could leave a 0, I would. Ordered a sub and had it delivered. Over 1 1/2 hrs. That was not Subways fault. The subway was disappointing beyond belief. Here is the pics.

VERY CLEAN, was waited on promptly. Great care taken in making my sandwiches. Young lady who waited on me was friendly and she made the perfect sandwiches I definitely will go there again and forgo the one than I normally attend. The place was very clean and all the ingredients were very fresh.
