Suppose to have 3 scripts and Dr. Told me too can be faxed over but 3 has to be called in. Sat on phone cause only 2 showing up for 15mins no answer so went to store pharmacy tech told me pharmacist can only check messages. She told the pharmacist and she said when I get a chance very rude but she complained for 15mins about target and how cvs is working her to death. It her job to check voice messages. Very upset and she not have someone working with the public like that

The staff working at this pharmacy are clueless. No one has any answers to any questions. It is a disgrace that CVS doesn’t do a better job with hiring qualified applicants to assist customers with their healthcare needs. This place needs to be investigated.

If I could give this location a 0, I would. Absolutely inept and incompetent pharmacy staff. My doctor called in my prescription (12/7). I went in about 2 hours later and was informed that they did not have any of the meds. available. I was informed by a member of the staff that I could go to another location, but she could not share with me if the location had the specified meds. available. So I'm supposed to drive around to different locations because they don't answer their phones? Ok...I will try. Went to two nearby CVS locations to no avail. Today, 12/8, I call the original location to see if my prescription is ready. No one answers the phone in pharmacy. I check my app. The prescription is there, but says I need to contact the pharmacy to fill. Remember, no one is answering phones. So, I have to drive to this CVS again???? So, I'm on hold for about one hour....just feel like wasting my time. Finally, someone answers, and I ask if my prescription is ready. She tells me that it will be ready in two hours. What? So....you saw I never picked up my meds. last night, but you didn't think to fill my prescription so it can be ready today? It's now 5pm...I've been in pain all this time. I understand businesses are short-staffed due to Covid, but that does not mean that you forget completely about customer service? I will find a new pharmacy because this was not the first time CVS pulled a ridiculous stunt like this.

My fiancé takes two medications that help to make sure he doesn't have blood clots (hereditary blood disorder) and he also has to take a medication to prevent seizures. He was actually told by CVS staff that they were out of the meds to control his seizures and that he needed to call around and find it. Really? Are you serious? Called back later in the day and got to speak to the pharmacist, I believe her name was Lisa, she told him she ordered it. Ordered it?!! Why don't you have it?! Then she said that when he sees that he's getting low he needs to call and make sure they have it. I wasn't aware that he was a CVS employee nor was I aware that the customer/patient was now responsible for making sure the pharmacists do their job!! What has this world come to?! Who holds these pharmacists responsible for doing what they are paid to do?! Apparently the consumer now has to!!

Horrible experience! I ordered prints and they were supposed to be done in a hour. It literally took the full day for them to complete the order. So the next day I went to pick them up and to my surprise when I got home they were undersaturated. They looked nothing like the images I uploaded. When I called to find out what can be done the store clerk was just down right rude. He even argued with me. I asked for a refund and he put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I would think the answer would be a simple yes or no, not anything to contemplate. I called back and few times and haven't been able to get through since. I will never set foot in this store again.

My sister was humiliated today by two cashiers. When trying to purchase Benadryl she questioned in front of others about if her ID was hers. She was told that although her facial features are the same her face isn’t wide anymore, they told her to smile like she is on her picture and to remove her hat. She proceeds to show them different debit/credit cards with her name on them and is told SHE is being rude when she questions why she can use a credit card with the same name to purchase items but can’t use her ID To purchase medication. The same ID she uses to travel back and forth via airplanes, the same ID that TSA doesn’t question and humiliate her. Imagine loosing close to 100 lbs, then being bullied at CVS for trying to buy Benadryl. Oh and as she left she hears one cashier say “she must have lost a lot of weight” this behavior is unacceptable and we will be filing complaints with whom ever we have to. Terrible service

My prescriptions were faxed from my doctor in the AM. I called CVS to inquire but they never answered the phone and after being on hold for over 15 minutes, I hung up and waited until after 4PM. I then drove there and was told that the prescriptions were not ready. I said I would return the following day. The next day I called and again the phone was not answered. I was on hold for over 10 minutes listening to the recording. I then drove to the location while still on hold. I arrived at CVS and stood by the counter for a couple of minutes. There were 4 employees and none were on the phone and the phones were not ringing. The loudspeaker in the store kept announcing that there was one call on hold, I imagine it was me. I then put my phone on speaker so that they could hear that I was on hold and magically the recording stopped and the connection was lost. I was then approached by a young lady and after I complained about being on hold for over 25 minutes which she ignored, asked for my name and date of birth. She then located 2 of 3 prescriptions because they were out of one. I said that if they answered the phone we could have avoided my two trips. (It appears tat they have the ringer turned off on the phones and they go right to a holding pattern that never gets answered.) She ignored that also. I was so frustrated with them that I asked for the prescriptions so that I could have them filled elsewhere but she wasn't able to provide me with them so I just walked out. No apologies from her. She only sarcastically sang "have a nice day" as I walked out. I still don't have my meds but I will never shop there again. I would have rated them i/2 star if I could.

Not only that they are costly to your insurance. But my last experience was not pleasant. They waited till my prescription was due for refill. To tell Me, More than an a month there where not longer doing business with my insurance. Not only they lost me, but I am also taking my whole family out of there. Their automated calling service is very annoying, just to tell you your prescription is not due for refill... Okeeey. The Asian lady who I talk to, stated that my insurance had send me wasa letter or suppose to let me know. But she did not knew, who stop doing business with who. Hello! It was CVS who is not longer doing business with am better. Get the facts before you even pretend to excuse your self or your establishment. I hardly ever write nor give bad reviews. You can assumed, how disappointed I must be!
