I had bought a new phone and requested a trade in kit. I was told they would send it with the new phone- I never got it. So I went online to do a trade in and needed to get in touch with an agent to get the IEIM # because my old phone was already backed up/needed reactivated. After being told my trade in value was $50 I declined and filled it out myself. My trade in value was $100 when I processed it with the link they gave me. It gave me an option to go to the Verizon store to drop it off. I printed off the email confirmation and went to this Verizon store (that I selected). It was overtly crowded. 2 people working, 1 training. I sat there for 30 minutes just for them to tell me I could not do a trade in. Employee disagreed with me and said he could not help me. I was irritated and he was not doing his job. The customer is always right.. except at Verizon! Everyone seemed uptight in the store when I was there. Another man was complaining he had been there for 1.5 hours and was not helped. I was able to contact Verizon and get a return slip to mail it. Overall the whole process was only easy when I was purchasing something. After that they didn’t care if you were satisfied.

Service is getting worse year by year. Avoid this location if you can make it to any other nearby one if you need Verizon services. Most recent feature is crummy sales tactics. I'd give more details but this store doesn't deserve the time.

After 3 days of no cellular service and 10 hours on Verizon chat, the new replacement phone they sent me works. Thanks to Wizard Ryan who fixed it in under 10 minutes. After reading the reviews and how awful the customer service was. If I can give them 10 stars I would. 3 days without my phone for my business was awful. No texting , calls. Thanks Ryan!!

My moms phone is the 3rd line on my account. Phone calls stopped going through and the tech support told us to go into a Verizon store to get a new SIM card. She went by herself as I live 30 miles away. The manager refused to help her as she was not the account owner. She asked them to call me to get permission to access the account. Again, he refused. She had to go home and call me via wifi, the only way she could. I called the customer service and they said the manager could have gotten my permission by phone, no problem. Two minutes later she was added as authorized manager on my account and had to go back to the store to fix the issue, which has now taken an hour longer than necessary. Moral of the story, the manager working on 9/8/2022 around 11 am has about as much empathy and helpfulness as a pothole. The two remaining stars are for the people there that have been helpful in the past.

Was a joke of a visit. The one employee was in a hurry to leave he never signed me in properly, as I watched 4 people only work on helping 2 customers, and when I asked about being helped they said they'd sign me in for a second time and have me wait again after I was there already over an hour. I remember why I avoid this store and would rather navigate the Verizon app.

Went to maybe switch cell carrier was told there was a wait while 3 people just stood in the back. The manager was taking people's name for the line could have been helping I'm pretty sure one of the people in the back could have typed someone's name on the tablet and he could have been helping customers.

Switched from ATT because of the hype that the service was great and faster. LIES!!! Service is horrible. Can’t even get a signal in my own home. Trying a signal booster but if that doesn’t work I’m switching back to ATT. Not to mention the sales rep at this location straight up lied about pricing. Would not recommend this location or Verizon as a whole. Oh and when you tey to leave a review on their site for a call back, it only allows positive reviews. If you try to post a negative review it says the surveys are down at the moment. Ha.

The phone's are great but the in store customer service sucks. I needed help switching the data over & the manager said other people are waiting, but I wasn't quite done 🤷🏽♀️

The employees and cleanliness are five stars. The inventory system is two or three stars. I ended up having to travel to a store across town because the item they physically had in stock was not in their system. But the employees - especially the manager, Kurt - were aces.
