Sierra was amazing! I changed my review because I paid cash for my phone i paid the entire amount but they still charged me for it every month i got ROBBED i went out to find out why my phone bill was so high, i know my sons phone wasn't paid for so i figured it was coming from there and i was going to be nice and pay his phone off and they turn around and tell me NO IT'S HIS PHONE THATS CAUSING THE BILL TO BE SO HIGH ITS YOURS. I SAID WHAT?!? I PAID CASH IN FULL THE DAY I GOT MINE, and asked to speak to the manager and he said I am the manager haha

Moe was really great. We needed help at the end of the day when the store was closing & he helped us get squared away & explained everything in detail & was really great even though we kept him late. I would recommend T-mobile to everyone because of Moe.

I love this store. When I was in before, I disliked it. Lena was very rude to me and terrible to the employees. She told me in her own words “you gotta be stupid to not know how to work this phone.” I’m so glad she’s gone. Everytime I come here I have the best experiences now. The company deff needs to watch who they hire. Lena only cared about commission and gets rude when she can’t sell. Major improvement!!! Thank you!! :)

My husbands phone fell to the ground in the screen cracked. He was unable to use it. We went to T-Mobile first thing in the morning when they open and spoke with Ben who took his time in identifying the solution that met our needs. We will definitely be back and recommend the store!

Travis was extremely helpful! It took a very long time to figure out what we need to figure out but he was very nice and patient with us! I had to go back in a second time because I wasn’t understanding some thing, a very nice lady helped me the second time but I cannot remember her name. Everybody in there was nice and I really appreciate it very much, thank you!

My family and I went into the store this past Sunday for a simple SIM card switch and walked out treated very well and with a new phone for me. Lena treated us like we were old friends and bent over backwards to help me find a phone that fit my needs, instead of just pushing the newest and most popular models. She listened to me and knew exactly what would be perfect for what all I used my phone for. I HIGHLY recommend this store and especially Lena, who was the MVP. I was about to walk out disappointed, but she really saved the day. I am loving my new N10!!

If you are considering phone or internet service I strongly recommend ONLY going to the Lycoming Mall store and asking for Lena. I upgraded one iPhone to the 12 Pro Max and purchased an Apple watch without a single issue. Lena was honest, not pushy, and answered every question we had. The reason I went to the Lycoming Mall location was that my original phone purchase was at the T-Mobile on 3rd Street and it was a completely different experience. Nearly everything I was promised about the promotion, cost, trade-in value and payments was wrong. The rep even forgot to have me sign the contract. T-Mobile is a great service, just save yourself a bunch of headaches and drive a couple extra miles to the Mall. You won't regret it.
