Friendly. The NEW service everyone is being pushed into isn't better. The bill went up again and I will never need 5G .4G was fine never had a problem, more being not better. More Commercials, Spam and JUNK....I'LL get used to it.

Alex was a big help to my mother when she had a problem with her insured phone she bought from Boost. He went out of his way to find the perfect phone for her needs. Along with telling us what other options were available to save money. It’s been a long time since either one of us experienced customer service that good. Excellent customer service is just as important as the products being purchased. I hope anyone looking for a new phone will go there and ask for Alex. He will make sure you are taken care of. Very professional and knowledgeable of all products in the store.

Stay as far away from this place as you possibly can, brought a device in to get information ported over from a old phone to new phone on Saturday was there an hour and a half or so in the meantime this kid knew about as much as I did about this phone he was totally uneducated and porting over information. Then he goes next-door and get his lunch while he’s waiting on me and eats his lunch while he’s waiting on a customer. His attitude with me when I went back to the store to return the item that he never told me was returnable never gave me the policy or a receipt and then has the audacity to have an attitude with me! Again don’t go to this Boost Mobile drive to Wilkes-Barre if you have to stay out of anything in Scranton. So I left and he still didn’t give me a receipt!
