McDonald's is getting worse all the time. Food is sitting in warmers for hours and is nasty. Fries are old as hell. McDonald's USE to be the best, NOW they're the worst. But that's just one man's opinion

Ordered 6 cheeseburgers and 3 large fries at drive thru. Get home, there's only two fries in the bag. All cheeseburgers were dry. Obviously from sitting. Not the first time they've left something out. But I wasnt driving back this time after getting home. Place is awful.

It's getting worse. Hamburger o longer tastes like Hamburger. They short you on fries. Then soda. Can't say about that because it sure was not Dr. Pepper.

I received the worst service I ever have at any McDonald's basically threw are drinks at us and got all over my car and those same drinks tasted like playdough frys and burger we're good tho

I don’t know what was up with their fountain machine in the lobby but it was dispensing almost pure syrup and no carbonation and one of the sprites tasted like how mildew smells. The water dispenser didn’t work on either of the fountain machines. We were also missing a few things from our order. I gave it two stars because the fries were really good. This is also coming from a former McDonald’s employee who used to work in the front lobby and kept it clean that front lobby was not clean at all.

Who doest love McDonald's? But sorry to say, they are getting way too expensive for us. It's really is a special trip when you can go to the double arches. But truly can't afford it.

I am only leaving 1 star because of the store manager. His name is Paul, and from the things that I've witnessed he doesn't take care of his personal hygiene. I've always seen a crust of snot hanging from his nose and he never tries to take care of himself. His hair is often greasy and it looks as if he never takes showers or tries to take care of his hair. Not only that, when I was eating inside of the establishment (AS USUAL!), he seems to get at his employees constantly even though it seems that they're doing their job correctly. When I was trying to get my order at the counter, a nice young lady was taking my order and asked Paul to scan his fingerprint to approve it since I was ordering over $50 for my family as I was leaving. Well... Paul took his sweet time when it came to approving my order. And when he did approve my order, he got at the nice young lady for "bothering him", even though she just only needed a simple fingerprint! I've also come in at weird intervals where Paul was nowhere to be seen! And his workers just seemed really happy. I don't know why this happens, I firmly believe that Paul makes it a very difficult job for them. He never acknowledged me as a customer, just as some burden to his schedule.

I'm literally not even making this up how could someone consider this 4 piece? Not just that you can tell they've been sitting there for hours by the taste and feel. I'm very angry. I'm not driving all the way back to Southside now.

I've had better food at other McDonald's and only sometimes I receive satisfactory costumer service.. I believe the quality of service has plummet due to high staff turnover. Located in a good area and convenient that's why I did not give it a one star.

I went to mcdonald’s about 15 minutes ago and ordered a bunch of things along with chicken nuggets and fries. My fries were cold and my chicken nuggets were cold and rock hard. I understand it was busy but at least serve hot food especially since my friends and I had paid 30 dollars to eat.
