Made an appointment because the oil light came on, as always the staff here are great, they found the issue and fixed it up in no time. I had an emergency dental appointment and Mike was super helpful in making sure that I made it there , he initially was going to have someone drive me to the dentist but he was able to get a loaner car for me. I’ve gone to other dealer service centers but I will keep coming back to Abeloff because they have always been head and shoulders above the other service centers. I will keep giving them my business and would recommend them to anyone that needs to service their vehicle.

My daughter and I went to Abeloff Kia to trade in her car for a newer used model and I , for a lease. Dima, explained our options, asked us How much we were looking to spend, asked us about what mileage was acceptable to us, showed us the cars we wanted to see. There was no leases available at this time until August so I picked a car to purchase , Dima worked the figures and and my daughter and I was overjoyed with both the purchases and the patience we received. The quality of the service we received as customers was outstanding. He went above and beyond everything to answer our questions and to Make us happy with our purchase. When it came to the paperwork at end of the buying process, it was explained in detail and adding extras such as key replacement was very easy and we understood everything while signing the paperwork. They made our day a pleasure.

This is my brand new 2022 Sportage that was sold to me. As you can see when they removed the plastic seat protection they sliced up the back of the seats. I didn't find this out because no one sat in the backseat for months. When I pointed this out they took no responsibility for it so I am stuck with this mess. The managers even agreed with me that it was their doing, however the owner took no responsibility. I have bought a few cars off this dealership and had no problems. Customer loyalty means nothing to them. Move on to another dealership and don't let something like this happen to you.

Purchased a Carnival 2 weeks ago and wanted to let everyone know how much of a pleasure it was working with Tejas (our salesman). Tejas conducted himself professionally and provided exceptional service. He has such a great personality and is genuinely a great "people person"! He will go far in this field or any sales field. And I don't say this lightly...I've interacted with many sales people before. Unfortunately some are just your stereotypical sleazeballs....using sleazeball tactics I can smell from 100 miles away. But Tejas is a new breed. The new generation in the industry. Because of my experience and interaction with Tejas at the dealership, all my future Kia purchases will be at Abeloff. I will not step foot in any of the local dealerships near me. I would rather drive the 40 mins to work with Tejas. The level of service and professionalism Tejas provided was just exceptional. It's very rare that we leave any dealership and say "wow, the saleman/woman went above and beyond". I hope mgmt recognize how valuable he is in your organization.

We recently purchased a Kia Carnival. Everyone here at the dealership was absolutely amazing. They were so helpful and made our car buying experience great. We drove over 3 hours just to deal with them because they were so trustworthy and honest. Our buying experience was quick and efficient. We dealt specifically with Dima Petrov. He answered all of our questions along the way and was happy to help us out any way that he could. Also, the owner didn't over charge us or add any extra fees because of the demand right now for the Carnivals is so high. That moral and ethical decision made us even more thankful. We highly recommend them!

Cody, salesman, was exceptional right from the first time on the phone. I came from out of state and was happy to find out that they, unlike every other dealer I spoke with, are not raising their prices over window sticker. They were easy to work with and got a great rate. Manger, Ryan, was just as friendly and helpful as Cody. Pain free not your “typical” car shopping experience. Look forward to working with them again sometime in the future.
