Don’t waste your time. Place is slow, unfriendly and overpriced- plenty of smaller, friendlier establishments in the back mountain that will do a better job faster and cheaper. Told me it would take 3+ weeks to change a broken blade bolt.. what an absolute joke.. Female owner is a real peach. Go elsewhere!

Service was backed up as usual, but I got my equipment back sooner than promised.

Horrible experience: had 5 chainsaw chains resharpened waited a week which was no problem got the chains back and tried them all and they were all dull. Went back in and the guy says yep they’re sharp we can’t help you. I said I have my Stihl in the truck would you like to try it. They gave me my money back but what a hassle. Horrible service and the guy is miserable

I never leave reviews but i went in to order a new kill switch for my pressure washer and while I was there I noticed they worked on husqvarna chain saws. So I ran home and grabbed mine because it was not running right. They went through it and fixed everything it now runs better then it ever did and at very reasonable price. They will be the only ones to work on my equipment from now on.

I had work done by Konopinski on my Echo SRM 2000 Brush/Weed trimmer when they first moved to Hillside Rd. I bought the weed wacker from Eckert's in Dallas just when Konipinski was buying Eckert's stock out ~1984. I was having a problem the the trimmer starting and new it was the carb. Took it to Konpinski and had them repair it. Well they claimed they repaired it. It never ran right after. I was going to take it back but my son was given a smaller Echo trimmer which I started using and never got around to taking it back to have fix it right. Now my son needs his back. Well I took the SRM 2000 carb off this morning and now know why it still didn't run correctly when I got it back from Konipinski. They didn't repair anything. They replaced the carb with an after market that was the incorrect one. The carb they put on was for the later model SRM 2000. Never again . Should have fixed myself the first time. Parts Store only. Stay away from their repair.

Owner Brian was a bit unfriendly when I picked up my trimmer for repair. Much friendlier service at Valley Power and Equipment in Wilksbarre. Go there instead.

Highly recommended. Every aspect of buying a tractor from Konopinski was a pleasure. They were knowledgeable and took the time to help us figure out exactly what we wanted and needed. Honest and trustworthy too. When we took delivery of our tractor the gentleman who brought it to us took time to explain a lot to us and answer all of our questions. This business is truly a class act. They know what they are doing.

Drove an hour and half to buy a Honda snowblower and it was one of the best buying experiences. I highly recommend them as every aspect of the sale exceeded expectations by far.

Recently broke down and was in need of a tow, I had called for a truck to come out and pick my car up. When the tow truck operator got out the thick smell of marijuana followed him. After stumbling through some slurred speech, he informed me that he was there to pick up my car, though through his glassy red eyes I doubt he was able to see my car. I immediately informed the operator I would be calling another tow service as I did not want someone under the influence causing anymore harm to my vehicle. He then tried to argue that I was still going to pay him for comming out...literally I was without words, part of me wanted to call the police and report a dui in progress.
