I am so tired of watching them cater to Whitey and make a Blackwoman wait all day and then wait again for other services it is so obvious that Whitey is their best clients but my green money still spends at this establishment I shouldn't have to be White to get good services I was born Black so I shouldn't have to explain that what do I have to buy a White woman mask and walk in maybe I would be treated better. Would not recommend. I went in for an eyebrow wax. I told the lady that I wanted them thinned out. She scoffed at me and said "no, thicker is better." After I politely told her no, I wanted them thinned out, she raised her voice and told me she was going to make my eyebrows thick like hers. After she was done (couldn't stop her because she already started when we were having above conversation), I walked up to the counter with my debit card. (I had cash in my purse for a tip, but after that experience she wasn't getting one). She gave me a blank stare and said "no tip??" She refused to take the debit card and told me to use the ATM behind me so she can be tipped. I'll never go here again.

Full set of acrylics with gel polish is supposed to last at LEAST 2 weeks right? And not pop off after a couple days like a cheap pair of Claire’s stick on nail. Oh did I mention it was 50 dollars for a regular shmegular set. Don’t waste your time or money at this place. Services: Acrylic nails, Gel manicures

Not satisfied at all. Went to get a full gel set. Well I got cut 3 times and bled and they did not even apologize. My nails are uneven, there are bumpy and very thick. Also my whole nail isn't even painted; they missed spots. Not worth 45 bucks. Will never go there again and will never recommend them.

I went with my 3 year old niece who had a mask on and who I was going to pay for to get her nails painted and they told me she was not permitted and humiliated me in front of their customers laughing saying I’m the only one allowed in without her. If they would’ve kindly asked me to come back without her, or showed me their COVID-19 guidelines (which I made sure to check and it said nothing about kids and covid). I would’ve respected them as a company.

I had a small guy do my nails. And they were horrible un even and horrible bumpy thin thick bad polish job. Never again. I also feel like I was either ripped off or they went up in price. Since when is it 50 for a full set? It was It was 25 before and 35 for gel polish!!! They are not worth the price!!! Horrible!!

The first time I went there I loved my nails, today was a different story. The guy was distracted by his phone the whole time. My nails are all different shapes. The paint job is terrible. I got outside in the light and I cried. I am at home filing them into the right shapes myself. I have chewed up skin all around my nails. So much for treating myself today. Caused more stress. And that was just the manicure. 50.00 for a full foot service. I can paint my toes better, my toe was bleeding and the bottom of my feet are still rough.

i would never recommend this place. the lady did my fill within 5 minutes. rushed so much and wasn’t even filled all the way to my cuticle. i told her i wasn’t satisfied and she redid them a second time. the second time she painted my nails with so many coats it was so goopy, even after drying my nails under the dryer they smudged. have to go get my nails redone. $25 down the drain. (paid with tip before painted as she said was necessary) so disappointed!!

Would NOT recommend. I go here quite often, and never have I been satisfied with the look of my nails. They’re always uneven, flat, and not well rounded out. I ask for a coffin style acrylic and then they charge me extra for it. Whenever my mother goes, she gets good service and good nails. What is it that makes me different? They always rip me off, overcharging me for simple things. I got a set of acrylics and it came out to 50 dollars, and that is ridiculous, especially when I‘m receiving attitude and rudeness for being polite. I always have to go home and fix my nails myself. They’re extremely rude and rip you off and do a horrible job. End of story.
