Jake was extremely professional, friendly & helpful throughout the entire process. Quick process. Excellent prices & fast service. Store located very close to the highway & easy to find. Nice selection on rims & tires plus the after purchase services they offer are awesome!!!! Store is very clean inside & the available product displays looked great. Everyone in the building was very nice & made the overall experience stress free. Highly recommended. Five stars was not enough, they deserve 10. Thanks again y'all.

Okay let me start off by saying this company would have got 5 stars if I’d have been approved in store with RNR Tire and let me explain below. First off I sent an inquiry via their website about some tires for my truck and they responded promptly with a quote and got some basic information from me and said I was all set to go as long as I had all my information that they needed. When I arrived I had all my necessary paperwork but because my drivers license and my vehicle was plated from out of state in Florida they wouldn’t accept that and turned me down. But did offer 2 other ways I could’ve did it but I declined those methods due to the interest rates. I have lived in South Carolina for four years so I’m not really understanding where your vehicle is registered really had to do with the process but that’s above my pay grade. I did drive just a little over an hour to get to them and maybe in the future ask customers if they are within the South Carolina area and make sure they have an in-state drivers license. Now to the good part………. My salesman was an awesome guy he did get me a brand new set of gladiator XComp tires and amazing service from start to finish. I was in there for a little over an hour for four tires and my alignment and was very pleased. I personally believe he went over and above and beyond what some salesman do and for that I am truly thankful. I would definitely recommend this company to everybody for Cash Sale tire’s but if you’re going to lease with them make sure you have in state DL and registration card. Way to go RNR. I appreciate everything and will be back when my Impala needs tire’s.

The salesman Matthew was by far the best he was so patient with us as we made our selection he even gave us his opinion . He was very professional he even made us laugh . If anyone is reading I recommend this place and ask for matt when you come in

Went in for some new tires. Andrew was very accommodating. Location was clean and I was out of there within an hour. Cons: Employees take a while to come assist at the counter. My tires were beyond the recommended psi. The tires had different psi readings. My car actually beeps once the correct psi is reached so I don’t know how that happened. Instead of 33-35psi mine were 45-56psi.

Con artist at its finest uses words like tire replacement when selling tire insures you any thing goes wrong with tire its covered. Then said you went through snap finance you dont get warranty.. 60 days old tires bubbles in 8 ply off road mud tires .. Dont waste your time here the manager Eric is very unhelpful acted like he new nothing and was sorry for my luck...very unprofessional

UPDATE AT BOTTOM More like "Robbers N Rakes" Way too expensive for the area it's located. And they know this. Absolutely foul. Half your prices and I'll change my mind. "We offer payment plans" Lol! So you're admitting that your costs are too high! Thanks! Most of the families and households in surrounding neighborhoods and area probably make less than $20,000 a year. And it's hard for them to afford the increase in cost of living. From rent to food to other basic necessities to live -or rather- SURVIVE. You guys are taking advantage of these people and you KNOW it. And you just don't care. I encourage everyone to look elsewhere. Discount Tires is pretty good. As well as NTB National Tire. Go anywhere but here. They don't deserve your patronage

Great service they worked well with my schedule to get into shop for install. Andrew my sales rep was great. He showed me me styles of wheels after being very attentive to my ideas. The staff here is very exceptional!!! Will definitely recommend new customers.

Andrew and Eric was one of the best reps and manager I have ever came in concact with, as a manager in customer service myself I realized that this isn’t just a job to them both but a career that they love they show the customer is the first priority!!! After Rim Tyme denied my service with no explanation I can say that I am pleased that I decided to come to RNR I GIVE 5stars for excellence!!! I highly appreciate them both ! Very satisfied
