I can not explain how awesome my experience has been today working with Cody at the Conway location!! He is above average phenomenal!!! He went above and beyond to help me with all of my problems, questions and concerns. From setting up a new service line, helping set up limitations for my kids, fixing iCloud accounts, and helping me to understand why I am always out of storage space. I can't say enough about what an awesome employee you have here. Finding employees who are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, respectful, and just plain good at their job seems to happen a lot less often these day but you guys at the Conway location have a gem!!! Thank so much for all of your time, effort and help today Cody!!

Cody and his staff are GREAT! Anytime our family has a problem they have fixed it. This is the best AT&T store I've ever encountered. You get personalized service. There might be a line sometimes but it is worth the wait. They are limited on how many staff they can have. So please don't blame them for the wait. They have to take lunches just like your own jobs. Thank you Barb

Furious! Called around to several stores looking for an S22 so I didn't have to drive around to each store. Called this store and the girl who answered told me they still has some in stock so I made the 30min drive. When I entered there were 2 employees helping customers and several people waiting. The male FINALLY turned to acknowledge me and said someone would be right with me only to, when he was done with these customers, walk out the back door with no word. I understand they need breaks but everyone was left there to assume he wasn't coming back. When it was about an hour we waited, he finally came back. I told him I was there for an S22 when he said, we will have to order it because we have none in stock. Furious, I said, that's not what the girl said on the phone! He said, who did you talk to? I said, I don't know, a girl. Then he proceeds to tell me, when they are busy the calls are forwarded and the person I talk to doesn't even work at that store. NOT acceptable AT&T! That is BS and the worst customer service! I basically wasted 2hrs of my time, not to mention my gas! I wouldn't even give you one star if I could! So mad! Otherwise the girl employee seemed nice and trying to help the customers. You need to do better AT&T store in Conway! Terrible! Just terrible experience! So infuriating!

Every single person that was appart of the at&t crew yesterday was amazing, and easy to get along with, on the review through text it asked me how long did it take (it took sometime since the servers were down but it had nothing to do with the staff) my first problem was not resolved but it had nothing to do with this stores staff it was my own fault and with a different company. I have a awesome phone and they let me pick my own number that made it easy for me to remember. Thank you guys so much! 10/10!

Cody was amazing and helped us switch carriers. He did everything. He was very efficient and patient. Straight talk messed everything up and Cody dealt with them for us. He did a wonderful job!

I am so glad I went to this location yesterday. Cody was the only person working due to the Holiday. He had a line of people but that didn't seem to bother him. He was well worth the wait and exceptional with his customer service. I recommend him to anyone looking to change to AT&T. Great job Cody!
