Placed an order for pick-up on Thursday for an in-stock item that says it will be ready by 8am. It’s now 8:15am on a Friday. Sign on door says open at 7:30am, guy is sitting at the counter with the doors locked. He stares at me and walks away. Why isn’t the store open 45 minutes after it’s supposed to? Why didn’t the person at the counter atleast walk to the door and explain why they’re not open?

I would like to thank Harry and the staff at this location. I had some pretty extensive questions in regards to an automobile project I was dreading and Harry gave me some great direction. He made sure I had everything I needed and probably answered all my questions twice. I’ll use this location from here on out as long as Harry is there.

The brakes on my car were starting to grind and my son in law graciously volunteered to work on them for me. He told me where to purchase the necessary parts and that place was Napa! There were two very knowledgeable young ladies who offered their services to me! I purchased the parts that were needed and they explained that whatever wasn't used, I could return for a refund! Thanks Napa for a great experience! I will use your store if needed in the future! ❤️

I wish I could give them zero stars! On Thursday I called and placed an order for front brake pads. The associate said they will be in on Monday. On Monday around 12 I called to check if they had came in and the person said no not yet but check back later today. Around 3:30 I called and a different person answered the phone and told me the brake pads had not even been shipped and to call back tomorrow morning. I called around 10 to see if UPS had ran and delivered the pads. Andy answered the phone and said no they had not came in yet and they had not even been shipped. He said give me a few and I’ll call you back to see what I can do. By 1 I had not heard back from Andy so I called and talked with Amanda. Amanda said that Andy ordered the brake pad this morning and they would not be in until Friday. I told her they were supposed to have been ordered Thursday and we have the brakes taken apart because we were told they would be in on Monday. She said she was sorry for the inconvenience but they won’t be until Friday. I asked Amanda if I could please have the order number so that we both can track this order. She placed me on hold and Andy came on the phone. Andy said “I don’t have a tracking number for the order. The original order has not shipped and the order he sent this morning should be in on Friday.” I asked him,” When was the first order placed?” He said, “on Saturday.” I told him we called on Thursday and why was it not placed then?” He said “it’s not going to be in until Friday “and hung up on me. My boyfriend called the store back. Andy told him they will not be in till Friday and he doesn’t care if we call the 1-800 number because he is quitting this Friday anyways. Andy said he doesn’t have a boss and that he is the boss. He is rude, and extremely unprofessional. I truly hope he is quitting this job because he does not need to work with customers!

I walked in and both employees working were not wearing masks. We walk up to the counter, they do not make eye contact, and continue their conversation. We wait 5 minutes without being acknowledged, then one says give me just a minute, so we look at batteries. They finish up what they are doing and just stare at us. No how can we help, no sorry for your wait. This is the 2nd Napa we went to this morning and both had horrible service.

This place is great for hard to find parts for older oddball cars like what i have. They are competitive with the usual chain store & more knowledgeable mostly.

Fred is an awesome sales representative! He was so patient and tried his best to find the part I was needing. Even though he couldn't find it for me, I wanted to share my experience because of his compassion to help his Customers. He definitely needs compensation for his dedication at NAPA!!! ~ Wanda

Fred was so helpful today when I came in for a new battery. They were out of stock with the one I needed. He took the extra time to search a shipment that just came in...and found the one I needed. He was such an angel today! Thanks for your help!!

Had two battery’s go bad in 2 years from this store and they are refusing my warranty. Their training seemed very precise in ways to get out of battery warranties. Once the battery tested bad the service man made the big burly manager come talk to me about how they don’t store information and I would have to produce the receipt from 2 years ago. Well...I didn’t have the receipt last year and they replaced it. Bad company that doesn’t stand behind their bad batteries.
