THE BEST. My husband and I love this store. The employees are super knowledgeable and patient and will help you find the perfect running shoe that fits your needs. I must have tried on 8 or 9 different sneakers before landing on a pair of Skechers (which I did not expect to want) and I absolutely love them. The return policy is great, everything sold at this store is high quality, and if you join the Upstate Running Club you can get discounts on your purchases. Will not buy running gear anywhere else if I don't have to. Also Hank is 🔥

I have been using this store for years as my go to for running shoes. My mom lives in VA and only buys her running shoes from this store. She waits until she is visiting. I went in last week and left with a shoe I wasn’t too sure about. Once I got home and walked around in my house i knew it wouldn’t work. I took the shoe back the very next day and it was so easy to return. I walked in and found a shoe on sale that I have been looking everywhere for and they are perfect. The staff truly cares that you are happy and that you have shoes that will help you with your runs!

First time customer. Was ready to make multiple stops for shoe shopping but only needed this stop. Bea was super helpful, attentive, and friendly. I was greeted as soon as I came through the door. She had me try on a four different shoes for my work needs. I highly suggest this store. Bea will take great care of you! She also is good at watching you walk and seeing how your foot angles. The store layout is very clean anesthetic, with a good selection of gear. The staff was friendly and helpful, and Trey helped me find the kind if shoe I was looking for demonstrating a depth of knowledge for the differing tiers of shoes/brands.

The most welcoming and helpful running store experience I've ever had. Amy was really nice to work with! She was inquisitive and thorough in making sure we left with a great fitting pair of shoes. Our first trip in was on their 19yr anniversary. No surprise they're been in business doing so well for so long. Looking forward to running in again soon!
