A lot of variety, produce is mostly always fresh with items you don’t find in other stores, the staff is helpful.

Great store...fresher than fresh green groceries...bakery is imaginative and yummy...great selection on shelves...staff like what they do including the shopping cart transport team in the hot low country heat. Parking easy... prices fair...Covid rules honored...nice plants

This Particular Harris Teeter always has long and slow check out lines. You most likely will spend more time in HT ( long point rd.) excessive long lines, than shopping for your items. Publix is definitely needed on long point rd.

It was my first experience at a Harris Teeter. Never again! I was at the meat counter, and complimented the gentleman on what a great job they do. The skinny pencil neck manager jumped in, and was so rude and completely out of line, for no reason at all, That was my first & last experience at a Harris Teeter. I spent $286 that day, and wish I didn’t.

Rauly lacks the customer service skills to be a customer service manager. I assumed they had Apple Pay like every other major grocery store. However they didn’t I commented that it was crazy that the store did not have Apple Pay. Rauly replied “almost as crazy as someone not carrying a wallet”. I asked for the store managers information. Rauly became more upset and said that if I kept getting smart so would he. I never intended on being smart with him I just was shocked Harris Teeter didn’t have Apple Pay. I won’t be back there are too many other HTs where they are actually pleasant.

1st-Time there. I was very impressed with the vast selection of goods. I need go back more to get a really good feel, selections, prices, etc.

Used the pharmacy here when visiting from out of town. They helped me navigate through what could have been a stressful situation. Great customer service!

The store is usually pretty clean. Most of the staff are very helpful, especially in the deli. Their produce selection is solid and they feature local produce when possible. Be sure to sign up for a VID card to get the good deals. The parking lot can get pretty full and sometimes the store feels crowded.
