Store is clean with friendly staff. Not much of a selection for dress pants which was surprising. Will shop here again and give them another chance in a month or two.

The Orangeburg Cato's is one my favorite Cato stores. It consistently has a good selection of the type of clothes I wear and better yet, they always have great clearance racks! The sales ladies are friendly and helpful.

I have been to this store location several times and never have I received the poor customer service that I received today! I didn't even know the lady was a store associate with the lack of greeting and concern. She just asked questions, not once did she look up to see who she was speaking to. She even dropped my money as she was handing me my refund! I'm glad that I didn't buy anything from this location in Orangeburg, I only went there to return an item. Needless to say, I don't think I'll be going back there to make any purchases!

Great experience with this business.... Amazing customer service, they make you feel welcome at all times. Because of the wonderful employees, it makes an individual want to go back there to shop....
